周期都是从大到小分析，从最不容易改变的地方入手。小周期遵循大周期的走势，趋势才能得以延续。我们是抓趋势，遵循趋势走势。
日间趋势，黄金近期的走势，是属于偏震荡的走势，这种小区间的震荡行情，如果专注于日内的走势的话，操作上起来是非常难受的。表现在以下几方面。
一是，日内走势往往会出现一定的连续性，比如早间一波下跌，连续几根K线收阴，就会觉得市场走弱了，追空进去，结果市场反向拉升。
二是，明明前一日收盘收在高位，走势偏强势，第二日准备回踩去做多，结果早间跌幅却很大，做多难受，或者止损。
三是，明明突破了前一日高点或者低点，结果只是假突破，追多或者追空，做到了地板上。
很多朋友都在震荡行情里，迷失了自我，损失惨重。他们摸不清市场到底要怎么走，走向哪里，因为日内的行情本身就没有方向，在没有方向的行情里想要摸清未来方向，自然是无法做到的。
那么，如何应对震荡行情呢？
首先要跳出日内行情的束缚，所谓不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中。同样适用于我们的日常交易。只有跳脱出日内走势，才能不让你的思路被日内走势所迷惑。跳出日内走势，升维到次级上来，才能降维打击日间的走势。
当你跳出日内短线，从次级趋势出发，你会发现，其实市场整体是运行在一个稳定的区间框架内，你需要做的就是在区间边界处，等待机会入场。就像一只被焖在罐子里的苍蝇，你永远无法预知它下一秒的方向，但是你能够确定的是，它碰壁以后，自然会飞向另一方。
震荡行情同样考验着你的耐心，你的击球处就是在区间的边界，而你需要的就是耐心等待，市场的价格落到你的边界处，然后挥棒一击。
黄金周二整体表现弱势，尤其是美盘的走势，价格压制在早间开跌点附近，难以上行，随后走了一波跌势，价格破位早间回落低点，凌晨收盘在了近几日的低位。早间继续盘整在低位。这种低位盘整，是一种弱势走势的表现。还应该有低点。
我们早间可以依托1728-1730压制做一波空单，防守5美金即可，目标看1720附近即可。这是博弈弱势下跌。延续昨日的行情。
