OPEC+料石油需求复苏强劲，印度疫情肆虐令前景蒙上阴影
OPEC及其盟友预计今年全球石油需求将强劲复苏，但在该组织几天后将召开下一次会议之际，印度肆虐的新冠疫情给这一前景蒙上了阴影。
周一(4月26日)参加了OPEC+联合技术委员会会议的代表表示，该委员会预测，今年全球石油消费量将增长600万桶/天。该委员会估计，疫情期间累积的过剩原油库存中的大部分，到本季度末将得到消化。
不过，这些因会议没有公开而不愿具名的代表表示，联合技术委员会的报告警告，印度、巴西和日本的新冠疫情反弹“可能会对全球经济增长产生不利影响”。这些国家的情况恶化可能“破坏石油需求的复苏”。
一位代表表示，OPEC+将监督委员会会议改到周二（4月 27日 ）召开，较计划提前了一天。
一位代表称，联合部长级监督委员会(JMMC)将于维也纳时间14:00(北京时间20:00)举行电话会议，而非通常的视频会议。JMMC代表部长考虑政策选项，全体部长级会议将于周三召开。
在就按计划恢复暂停的石油生产是否安全做出决定时，他们将考虑这些预测。
该联盟的目标是在未来三个月恢复约200万桶/天的石油产量，大约是目前被暂停的石油产量的四分之一。
据该组织网站上发表的声明，OPEC秘书长Mohammad Barkindo在线上会议开始时对官员们表示：“就全球经济和我们行业的前景而言，有积极的信号”。
去年新冠疫情导致燃料需求重挫时，OPEC+在沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯的牵头下削减了产量，将全球石油工业从史无前例的价格暴跌中解救出来。随着经济活动的恢复，石油输出国组织及其盟友正在谨慎地重新启动这些供应。
“我们仍然认为，这个产油国集团更有可能会继续逐步增加产量，”RBC Capital Markets LLC首席商品策略师Helima Croft在一份报告中表示。不过，该行不“排除他们可能会暂停增产计划以评估（印度的）形势”。
联合技术委员会对2021年需求增速的预测比其一个月前预测的560万桶/天更为乐观，不过与OPEC秘书处几周前发表的报告基本相符。
该委员会预计，今年全球原油库存平均将以120万桶/天的速度下降，而上个月的估计为80万桶/天。
据联合技术委员会的数据，到本季度末，相对于2015年至2019年平均水平的过剩石油库存将减少至仅800万桶。消除全球庞大的库存是OPEC的主要目标之一。
