来自中国外汇交易中心的数据显示，5月26日人民币对美元汇率中间价报6.4099，较前一交易日上调184个基点。近期人民币汇率走出一波升值行情，尤其是进入4月份以来，人民币对美元汇率一路上涨。
粤开证券研究院负责人康崇利对《证券日报》记者表示，今年4月份以来，人民币汇率重回走强态势，由多方面因素所致。首先，4月份美债收益率和美元指数(90.0705, 0.0237, 0.03%)下行，美国实际利率下行，经济复苏动能放缓。5月份以来，美国就业疲弱、通胀飙升引发美债收益率和美元指数波动。其次，中国对外贸易的高景气度、经济修复和自身综合实力发展使得国内资产吸引力提升，提高人民币需求，从而推动人民币币值提升。第三，中国产能继续恢复，今年对美出口有望继续保持高景气，贸易顺差为人民币升值提供动力。
“人民币升值是内外因综合作用的结果，其中内因是主要的，中国经济基本面恢复向好态势，特别是外贸形势持续向好，贸易盈余保持较高水平，再加上资本持续流入，有力地支撑了人民币升值。外因方面，美国大规模释放流动性，美元走向疲软，不仅造成美元计价的商品价格走高，也促使其他经济体货币被动升值。”中国国际经济交流中心经济研究部副部长刘向东对《证券日报》记者说。
值得关注的是，今年以来，大宗商品价格迎来了一波上涨行情，有效应对输入性通胀成为相关部门工作之一。近日，央行上海总部调查研究部主任吕进中撰文表示，我国作为全球重要的大宗商品消费国，国际市场价格的输入性影响不可避免。建议坚持稳健货币政策，注重进出口平衡，增强汇率弹性，人民币适当升值，抵御输入性效应。
“市场存在通过人民币升值控制输入性通胀的政策预期。”康崇利认为，目前，我国进口金额的增长主要来自海外大宗商品价格上涨，后续若人民币继续升值，预计大宗商品的单价增势会减缓，甚至出现下降，进而减弱大宗商品价格上涨导致的输入性通胀以及我国进口企业面临的成本压力。
刘向东表示，人民币升值反映了当前经济发展的基本面，但对于大型开放经济体来说，人民币升值在一定程度上能有效抵消大宗商品价格的上涨压力，但同时对外贸出口形成压力，而且单边的人民币升值还会带来更多的投机行为和资产价格泡沫，进而引发风险。因此，引导人民币汇率双向波动和在合理均衡水平的基本稳定，能形成稳定的市场预期，给内外企业提供稳定的内外环境，降低汇率波动风险对利润的侵蚀。
5月21日，国务院金融稳定发展委员会召开会议时强调，进一步推动汇率市场化改革，保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定。
康崇利表示，未来人民币汇率的走势，将继续取决于市场供求和国际金融市场变化，双向波动成为常态。保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定，要继续发挥市场供求在汇率形成的决定性作用，增强人民币汇率弹性，加强宏观审慎管理，稳定市场预期，引导企业和金融机构坚持“风险中性”理念，夯实人民币的国际信用基础。
刘向东认为，要保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定，应进一步推动汇率市场化改革，使其有管理的浮动，并根据经济形势发展情况促使汇率由市场供求决定，反映国际金融市场变化情况。
