港股上午盘三大指数高开后走弱。截至午间收盘，恒指涨0.08%，恒生科技指数涨0.14%。盘面上，烟草概念板块领涨，华宝国际、中国波顿皆大幅拉升涨超12%；前期表现弱势的教育股普遍反弹，新东方、思考乐教育、枫叶教育均涨超3%；生物医药、物管板块持续活跃，世茂服务再创历史新高；特斯拉概念股、体育用品股全线回撤，特步跌4%表现最差，安踏李宁均下跌，三者昨日曾创历史新高。
随着市场企稳，南向资金在5月延续此前的配置偏好，更加聚焦估值回调到位的新经济板块，同时增配消费、医药等。其中消费板块中运动服饰、啤酒，科技板块中计算机、消费电子等明显获得南向资金增持，腾讯控股、小米集团、李宁为南向资金5月净买入最大的个股。
