2021年7月新增社融再度低于预期，延续了过去半年的下行趋势。随着上一轮稳增长政策的效用逐渐消退，经济将会逐渐进入到“后周期”与“下行期”。在最近两轮经济进入到后周期和下行期后，政策均保持了定力，以“创新”和经济结构转型作为经济发展新动力。
恒指收跌0.8%，恒生科技指数跌2.57%，科技股与新能源汽车股重挫。哔哩哔哩跌约7.7%，盘中刷新历史新低，快手跌近7%，美团跌逾5%，百度跌近5%，京东、网易跌近4%。比亚迪股份、理想汽车跌逾7%，吉利汽车跌近7%，长城汽车、小鹏汽车跌逾4%。
2021年在全球经济共振复苏、风险偏好提升、南向和海外资金共同流入等多重因素共振推动下，港股牛市已在途中。建议沿着两条主线布局港股：一是科技龙头，二是低估值、高性价比的金融地产龙头。
