周四早晨，原油继续延续昨晚的跌幅。WTI原油期货开盘跌2.4%。随后在07:03，WTI原油期货跌幅扩大至5%，现报31.17美元/桶。
布伦特原油开盘后也延续昨日跌幅，布伦特原油期货开盘跌2.3%，报33.94美元/桶。
对于这波行情，市场分析指出的推动因素不少，但归结起来就是市场的预期落空了，目前正进行“报复式”抛售。尽管本月油价已上涨约70%，但复苏的势头仍很脆弱，任何一点风吹草动就可能让油价前功尽弃。
首先，很明显的是，开盘后的这场抛售受到了凌晨API库存增加的影响。
在周四凌晨，美国石油协会公布了至5月22日当周原油库存，数据录得增加873.1万桶至5.3亿桶，严重高于前值和预期值。
市场分析指出，API报告显示上周美国原油库存意外增加，投资者期盼库存进一步下跌的心愿落空，油价进一步下跌。此外，如果数据在周四的EIA报告得到证实，这将向市场传递一个信息：创纪录的减产未能足够快地消化大量供应过剩。
其次，市场担心减产力度很快将下降。
昨日的消息显示，俄罗斯决心根据OPEC+协议从7月开始放松石油减产力度。
此提议虽然与4月达成的OPEC+协议的条款相符，但是在需求还未恢复的如今，此消息无疑加大了市场对库存和供给再次过剩的担忧。不仅如此，对于页岩油企业，市场也同样担心，油价上涨可能促使部分生产商重新打开“水龙头”。
Rystad Energy石油市场分析主管Bjornar Tonhaugen表示，OPEC+将在两周后召开会议，讨论是否延长或放宽限制。市场需要关注：
