XM集团在多个司法管辖区享有极高的监管水准。它位于三个不同的国家，拥有三个不同的公司分支机构。
XM Global Limited获得伯利兹国际金融服务委员会（IFSC）许可，牌照号为IFSC/60/354/TS/19。Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd 金融公司由赛普勒斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）监
管，牌照号120/10。Trading Point of Financial Instruments 控股有限公司已获得了由澳大利亚证券与投资委员会（ASIC）颁发的澳大利亚金融服务执照（执照号：443670）。

XM外汇出入金资讯
1.出入金方式：提供多种入金/出金方式，可以选择：信用卡，银联，电子钱包，电汇，当地银行转帐和其他支付方式。当帐户开立完成，可登录会员区，选择适用的出金/入金方式并依指示操作完成设定。
2.出入金货币：可以入金任何一种货币，该金额会以XM集团当天银行的汇率自动转换成您的帐户的基础货币。
3.出入金额度：多种付款方式的最低入金/出金额度为5 USD (或等值面额)。但实际金额仍需根据客户选择的支付方式和交易帐户状态而定。客户可以在会员区的入金和出金页面中查看更多资讯。
4.出入金时间：所有入金都是即时的，电汇、西联汇款、MoneGram除外。对于所有出金，我后台都会在一个工作日内处理。
5.出入金手续费：出入金不收取任何其他费用。例如，您用Skrill 入金100 美元，然后又出金100 美元，您将在Skrill 帐户中收到全额的100 美元资金，XM集团会承担您出入金的全部手续费。适
用于所有的信用卡/借记卡。而国际银行电汇的入金与出金，当金额高于200美元（或同等价值的其他货币）， XM集团会承担我方银行的所有转账费用。
6.优先出金原则：为了保护各方免受欺诈及降低洗钱或恐怖主义融资的可能性，XM集团根据以下出金优先程式，出金款项只能依次按照入金原路径返回：信用卡/借记卡方式出金。不论客户选择哪
种方式出金，递交出金申请时，当初使用信用卡/借记卡入金的金额都将原路返回到入金的信用卡/借记卡帐户中。电子钱包类出金。当您的信用卡/借记卡入金额度全部出完后才可以执行电子钱包
出金方式。其他出金方式，如银联出金，当以上两种方式的入金额度全部用完后剩下部分可使用其他方式出金。所有的出金申请都将会在24小时之内处理，然而所有出金申请当提交后会立即在客户
交易帐户中显示为待处理。客户如选错出金方式，客户的出金申请将完全按照XM出金优先权条款处理。客户需按照规定申请出金，如果客户入金货币与本平台交易货币不同，XM将免费按照当天
汇率将出金货币转换为原始入金货币。
7.出金其他注意事项：
A.出金要求：您的帐户必须通过认证才可以出金。首先，您需要登录会员区上传您的资料：身份证明（身份证，护照，驾照）和近3个月的包含您的地址和姓名的地址证明（水，电，煤气，有线电
视帐单或银行帐单），且帐单不能超过6 个月。一旦收到关于您的帐户已经过验证的确认邮件, 您便可以登录到会员区, 选择出金选项并向我们提出出金请求。该操作只可能把您的资金退回原来的入
金管道。所有出金将由我们的后台客服于工作日的24小时内处理。
B.出金路径：客户的资金通过原始入金路径返还，如果您使用了信用/借记卡入金，您必须要先把入金本金出掉，超过入金金额的部分您可以选择其他方式出金。只有将您入金金额完全退回到入金
时的信用/借记卡之后，您才可以选择其他的出金方式。
C.还有未结头寸，出金有以下限制：
a) 周一01:00至周五23:50（GMT+2，适用于夏令时），保证金低于150%的出金申请将不受理。
b) 周五23:50至周一01:00（GMT+2，适用于夏令时），保证金低于400%的出金申请将不受理。
D.电汇到账的时间根据每个国家汇款的速度而定。一般欧洲境内银行电汇是3个工作日到账。电汇到其他国家则需要5个工作日到账。
E.交易帐户里的资金可以申请同名帐户间内部转账。但是请注意，帐户必须为同名帐户并且都通过认证。如果帐户基础货币不同，金额将自动按照当时汇率转换。您可以通过会员区申请内部转账,
并会即时处理，赠金会按照一定的比例转入帐户。严禁转载到其他客户帐户里。
F.奖励不可以提取，只可以用作交易。XM集团提供的奖励只是为了帮助客户建立更大的头寸，并且支持您客户的仓位可以保持较长的一段时间。但是所有用赠金赚取的盈利都可以随时提取。
