全球外汇经纪商OANDA澳大利亚子公司日前推出一个新的专业交易账户。
新账户类型允许交易者利用更高的杠杆率、获得保证金减免和交易返现。尽管散户交易者将受到ASIC新规的影响，但机构投资者可不受场外（OTC）CFD交易规则变更的影响。
OANDA澳大利亚业务董事总经理Anthony Griffin进一步解释道，专业的交易账户允许经验丰富的客户获得100:1的杠杆率，在有保证的止损订单时获得保证金减免以及大量返利。
但该帐户并不适合所有人。交易者必须满足严格的条件，才有资格成为机构客户或资深投资者，然后才能升级到专业交易帐户。
ASIC新规将包括杠杆限制和保证金平仓规则，将于3月29日生效。此外，新规要求对账户进行负保护，以确保客户的损失不会超过他们的交易份额，避免再次出现市场崩溃的情况。
对于经纪商而言，最大的打击是ASIC决定限制杠杆率。受监管公司必须将其杠杆率限制在30:1以内。
新规有效地协调了ASIC的要求与ESMA在欧洲引入的产品规则。ESMA还禁止提供二元期权，并限制价差合约的杠杆。
但与ESMA不同，ASIC表示其不要求发行人提供特定的风险警告或披露信息。
