【原油需求改善迹象提振油价】
美国能源信息署(EIA)周三表示，上周美国原油库存降幅超过预期，因炼厂在夏季驾车季来临前增加炼油活动。
截至4月9日当周，原油库存骤降590万桶，至4.924亿桶，路透调查中分析师预估为减少290万桶，东海岸原油库存创历史新低。
炼厂产能利用率上升1个百分点至85%，创自去年3月大流行导致炼厂因需求下降而严格限制加工活动之前以来的最高。
上周美国汽油库存增加30.9万桶，至2.349亿桶，分析师预期为增加78.6万桶，EIA数据显示，包括柴油和取暖油在内的馏分油库存减少210万桶，预估为增加97.1万桶。上周美国原油净进口量增加44.3万桶/日。EIA称，俄克拉荷马州库欣的原油库存上周增加34.6万桶。
Price Futures Group驻芝加哥高级分析师Phil Flynn表示，“整体来看，这是一份非常具有支持性的报告，看起来，需求数据确实回到了更加稳固的水平，这应该会让油价继续走高。”

IEA周三公布月度报告中称，2月份OECD原油库存下降5580万桶至29.8亿桶，较五年均值高2800万桶。3月全球炼厂加工量增长100万桶/日，受到美国强劲复苏提振。
2021年非OPEC+供应将增长61万桶/日，2020年为下降130万桶/日，3月份全球石油供应增长170万桶/日至9,290万桶/日，受到美国从寒流中恢复影响，复苏形势脆弱，一些主要消费国的新冠病例又见飙升。
2021年石油需求料较上年增长570万桶/日，市场不会面临即将来临的供应紧缩，OPEC+可灵活地调整供应，可能需要将近200万桶/日的额外供应，才能满足下半年预期的需求增长。
未来几个月全球石油供应将增加，油市将从供不应求转移到平衡，将石油需求增幅预期上调23万桶/日，因疫苗接种加速。
IEA在月度报告中称，基本面看起来无疑是变得更为强劲，全球在去年新冠疫情冲击需求期间积累起来的巨大石油库存正在逐步消化，疫苗接种在加快速度，全球经济的形势似乎更为有利了。
【美联储褐皮书：春天来临之际消费者信心增强】

EP Wealth Advisors的投资组合策略部门董事总经理Adam Phillips表示，“市场持续呈现拉锯态势，投资者正在权衡经济走强前景，同时又要顾虑到通胀压力上升风险。”

Pioneer Natural Resources Co.表示，如果美国页岩油生产商恢复上一个十年那种惊人的产量增长，则会带来再次与OPEC及其盟友爆发价格战的风险。
