在需求逐步恢复、供给瓶颈仍存的背景下，全球原材料价格涨疯了。而下游企业通过涨价来转嫁成本、提振利润，但这又能持续多久？全球涨价格局又将如何影响货币政策？
今年以来，从铁矿石等黑色系到铜等有色金属价格都大幅上涨，上周两者涨幅就都接近4%。
在通胀上行、经济复苏的初期，一般下游的策略是提价、向消费者转嫁成本。例如，终端商品涨价的代表“快乐水”可口可乐(53.66, -0.81, -1.49%)公司CEO近期表示，由于原材料价格和运费上涨显著，公司正打算提高产品售价；另一个例子是，木材成本的上升使美国新建房屋的平均价格上涨了逾2.4万美元。
眼下，涨价潮丝毫没有缓解的迹象。在全球产业链中，需求及生产复苏的不同步加剧了通胀预期的上行，特别是在大宗商品领域，资源国都属于经济和疫苗普及比较落后的国家，而消费国集中在正受益于疫苗普及的发达国家，因此大宗商品的涨价预期仍居高不下。
未来需要关注的方面在于，究竟终端能否持续转嫁价格，同时货币政策又会如何变化。植信投资研究院首席经济学家连平对记者表示，为应对通胀，货币政策通常有收紧加以应对的必要。但随着疫情的进一步好转，全球供给弹性将明显增加，供需缺口将动态收缩。大宗商品价格持续大幅上涨缺乏稳定的基本面支持。通常经济复苏带来的需求快速回升是阶段性的，供给弹性增大和供需走向平衡会使PPI（生产价格指数）的上涨可控。在这种场景下，货币政策继续回归常态并保持稳健应该是合适和理性的，可能并不需要“转弯”。
从黑色到有色，上游价格涨疯了
近期，在商品方面，中国和美国定价品种都大幅上涨。中国对标的主要是黑色产业链，包括动力煤、螺纹钢、铁矿石、焦煤、焦炭等；原油及铜铝铅锌等基本金属的价格与美国等海外经济体的相关性更大。
在过去一周，铜价大涨3.7%，收于2个月高点9551美元/吨；铁矿石的表现更为出色，上涨4.1%，收于185.10美元/吨，略低于周初创下的10年高点187.50美元/吨。
“疯狂的铁矿石”近期再度抢占各大头条。即使是在中国控制生产以减少污染的行动下，中国粗钢产量仍继续增加，一季度同比增加15.6%，大幅带动了上游中高品铁矿石的需求，出口需求的上升以及丰厚的利润是推动钢补库存的主因。
标普普氏铁矿石指数经理王杨雯对第一财经记者表示，“随着我们进入第二季度，钢铁库存持续下降，这表明国内和出口的钢铁需求都很强劲。钢铁生产商的产量如此之高并不令人意外，它们的利润率正在飙升，目前处于每吨130~160美元之间。除了中国需求强劲外，全球宏观经济复苏也提振了中国以外的钢铁需求，提高了钢铁总产量和铁矿石消费量。”
这从“钢铁侠”强势的股价和业绩上就可见一斑。2月以来（截至4月9日收盘），新钢股份（65%）、华菱钢铁（64%）、鞍钢股份（58%）、重庆钢铁（50%）的涨幅居前，主要钢材品种价格的上涨也与之交相辉映。其中，重庆钢铁的业绩预告可谓“亮瞎眼”，一季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润预计将增加约10.8亿元，同比增长近260倍，扣非净利润为10.6亿元，同比增长超4000倍。螺纹钢价格突破5000元/吨关口，创下十年来新髙，2月以来的累计涨幅超过18.7%，热轧和线材的期货价格也都创期货品种上市以来新高，今年累计涨幅分别为22%和15%。
作为钢铁产业链上游，铁矿石价格的强势仍有望持续。截至4月26日，普氏62%铁矿石指数报191.45美元，再创阶段性新高。
值得一提的是，铁矿石价格有指数以来的最高点为193美元，出现在2011年2月15~16日，那段时间矿价在180美元以上的区间持续了33个工作日。王杨雯表示，矿价的动能在二季度仍然较强。由于澳大利亚和巴西的季节性生产停滞，供应仍然紧张，这在今年第一季度经常发生。据报道，由于矿山的潮湿天气高于平均水平，第一季度的铁矿石产量比2020年第四季度低11%。淡水河谷(19.95, 0.29, 1.48%)第一季度产量环比下降19.5%。这种供应紧张局面可能要在5月才能得到一定缓解。
从“快乐水”到房价，终端加速传导
除了上游原材料，近期终端消费品的提价也吸引了市场的关注。
此前，可口可乐、宝洁(131.26, -2.68, -2.00%)、金佰利相继宣布，为应对大宗商品价格上涨的压力，将提高产品售价。当然它们只是涨价大军中的典型代表。
事实上，在中美财报季之初，成本压力已成为一个突出的话题。全美企业联盟（NFIB）调查显示，公司打算提高价格，以应对这些成本压力，而在经济复苏、需求回暖的背景下，涨价实则有助于提振公司业绩。但是，摩根士丹利(81.52, 0.57, 0.70%)美股首席策略师威尔逊（MichaelWilson）此前也对记者表示，新冠大流行和家庭储蓄上升导致一些需求被压抑，某些终端市场的价格上涨可能最初会得到消化，但能持续多久？“虽然现在就企业是否有能力将成本转嫁到重新开业上下结论还为时过早，但我们认为这对利润率预期是一个潜在的风险。”
以“快乐水”为例，原材料成本的上涨对于中小企业而言更具杀伤力，而巨头因为具备采购规模和供应链优势，深谙成本控制之道。根据拆解，一瓶3元的500毫升的可口可乐中，与原材料直接挂钩的原浆成本占比为10%，装瓶厂成本占比15%，而经销商、零售商、运输成本占比近29%，剩下的公司运营、广告及税收又分摊了近30%。
虽然可口可乐在涨价原因中，提及了包装材料塑料、铝以及糖浆等原材料涨价或短缺给公司带来的压力，但实际上可口可乐已经将大部分装瓶业务外包给装瓶厂，剩下真正需要由可口可乐自身去承担的原材料涨价压力就只有10%的原浆成本。不过，对消费品而言，考虑到运输成本占总成本的比重也不小，疫情后供应链和物流中断对企业带来的压力也不容小觑。海运方面，有效运力的阶段性短缺造成集装箱运价飞涨，BDI指数突破11年来新髙。
就现阶段来说，涨价对企业仍是一个利好。回顾可口可乐上一次涨价发生在2018年，彼时同样是面对大宗商品价格的上涨，叠加特朗普针对铝加收10%的关裞，造成生产成本的上升。在业绩承压的情况下，可口可乐选择了涨价。涨价后的2019年，可口可乐业绩明显回暖，一改自2013年以来连续六年营收负增长的局面，2019年全年营收增长8.65%，净利润同比增长38.64%，销售净利率升至24.11%，较2018年抬升3.8个百分点。有了2018年的成功先例，如今面对成本上升和业绩回落的压力，可口可乐涨起价来自然是毫不手软。
另一个例子是，木材价格的大涨不断传递到美国火爆的地产市场。过去一年来，山火大面积蔓延、经济封锁让卡车运输受阻、疫情影响等因素，都加剧了木材的短缺。另一端则是新屋开工和营建许可增长对木材的旺盛需求。根据全美住宅建筑商协会的数据，过去一年，木材成本的上升使美国新建房屋的平均价格上涨了逾2.4万美元。全美最大房地产建筑商莱纳集团一季度财报电话会上预计，今年二、三季度木材价格还会涨，但不会缩减投建计划，公司将通过议价及其他成本控制有效对冲木材涨价。
一般而言，美国房价和利率呈现反比，但今年美债收益率不断攀升，房价丝毫没有降温的迹象。需求甚至也没有减弱的迹象，如按照3月销售速度计算，消化完成屋库存需要2.1个月。平均从挂牌到售出的速度仅为18天，而3月所售房屋当中有83%在市场上挂牌的时间不到一个月。所以也有观点认为，本轮房地产的牛市不会随着美债收益率回升而立竿见影地终结，而是会继续延续，持续到何时的判断依据则和上市公司利润率相似，即直至居民对高房价可负担能力恶化为止。
货币政策收紧与否要看供给
再进一步，对于资本市场而言，最关注的无疑是全球通胀是否真的要到来了，货币政策会否转弯。
目前，美国十年期盈亏平衡通胀率已经高达2.34%，超出了疫情前水平。美国3月CPI年率上涨2.6%，前值为上涨1.7%，超出预期值为2.5%。
中国也是如此。中国3月CPl同比由上月下降0.2%转为上涨0.4%，但主要由于翘尾因素抬升影响，环比则下滑0.5%，显示消费修复仍较缓慢；PPl同比大幅上升2.7个百分点至4.4%，主要受上游石油产业链、有色黑色的涨价影响，环比上涨1.6%，更创下新高。多家机构预计，PPI将在二季度达到同比增长6%~8%的峰值。
需要注意的是，尽管当前涨价预期爆棚，但随着疫情的进一步好转，全球供给弹性将明显增加，供需缺口将动态收缩。连平认为，大宗商品价格持续大幅上涨缺乏稳定的基本面支持。通常经济复苏带来的需求快速回升是阶段性的，届时因为供给缺口导致的涨价就会缓和。
摩根士丹利中国首席经济学家邢自强对记者称，预计PPI将在二季度达到同比增长8%的峰值，然后在下半年回落至4%，因为随着全球供应链逐步正常化，供应约束将在一定程度上得到缓解。由于全球经济增长和(8.2001, -0.03, -0.36%)下游需求持续保持强劲，工业利润不太可能受到明显的侵蚀。同时，鉴于中国CPI动态依然健康，且大宗商品价格上涨向核心CPI传递的实际证据有限，PPI快速上涨在短期内不太可能触发加息。
调统司原司长盛松成近期也对第一财经记者称，面对“输入性物价上涨”，中国不应以紧缩货币去应对。因为，美国不会因为中国紧缩货币而停止货币宽松，华尔街也不会因为中国紧缩货币而停止炒作大宗商品价格。各项经济政策必须确保中国经济处于健康、活跃的状态，而不是相反。尤其是现在，中国处于复杂的国际经济环境当中，紧缩货币可能将引发更多热钱流入。因此目前中国进一步倡导的是维持稳健中性的货币政策，并鼓励资本账户双向开放。
