北京时间周四凌晨，美联储公布了4月货币政策会议纪要。美联储官员认为，美国经济活动的强劲复苏将引发收紧货币政策的讨论，这是美联储首次发出这一明确信号。
受访人士告诉记者，预计美联储将在今年秋季某个时候开始讨论具体缩减购债规模问题，2021年12月将发布实际公告，2022年1月开始实际缩减购买规模。
美联储计划缩减购债规模
“许多与会者认为，如果经济继续朝着美联储的目标迅速发展，未来可能会在某个时候讨论缩减资产购买步伐的计划，但没有给出明确的时间表。”会议纪要显示，美联储明确表态将缩减购债规模。
这是美联储官方首次发出这一明确信号。本周稍早时候，几位美联储官员称正在监测经济发展，并准备在必要时调整政策。
富国银行的经济学家迈克尔·普格利泽告诉上海证券报记者，疫情对美国经济数据的扰动应该会在今年秋季逐渐消退。一旦这一趋势消失，经济数据将为就业和通胀前景提供更清晰的视角。他预计美联储将在今年秋季某个时候开始讨论具体缩减购债规模问题，2021年12月将发布实际公告，2022年1月开始实际缩减购买规模。
当前，美国经济前景已经大幅改善。市场预计美国二季度GDP增速将接近10%，制造业和支出指标也显示出美国经济强劲的增长势头。此外，美国4月CPI同比大增4.2%，增速创2008年9月以来新高，大幅超出市场和美联储预期。
在此背景下，投资者正密切关注美联储一举一动。当前，美联储仍以每月至少1200亿美元的速度购买债券，资产负债表也扩大至仅略低于7.9万亿美元的规模，几乎是新冠疫情发生前水平的两倍。
对于通胀，美联储官员称，供应链瓶颈和投入短缺问题在今年以后会给价格带来上行压力。另外，财政刺激、疫苗进展、被抑制的需求和高水平的储蓄将继续支持消费者支出。但他们预期，短期效应消退后，通胀会有所缓解，随着时间的推移，通胀将与美联储货币政策委员会的目标一致。
相比通胀预期，疫情仍是美联储最大的担忧。圣路易斯联邦储备银行主席詹姆斯·布拉德周三公开表示，如果疫情已经过去并且不会卷土重来，则美联储可以讨论调整货币政策。只是目前还没有完全达到这一目标，但确实看起来越来越接近了。
欧美风险资产同步大跌
受美联储表态以及虚拟货币市场暴跌等影响，市场情绪低迷，欧美股市收盘集体下挫。
美股市场方面，道指当日最低跌586点，收盘跌幅缩窄至0.5%。标普500指数十一大细分行业中有九个行业下跌，纳指从盘中1.7%的跌幅中反弹至几近平收。
受虚拟货币行情波动影响，美股区块链个股走势震荡。Riot Blockchain、嘉楠科技盘初均跌逾11%，收盘分别下跌5.56%和13.06%，亿邦国际跌幅超过9%。
西部证券首席宏观分析师张育浩认为，包括美股、大宗商品在内的全球资产集体大跌，消息面上并没有显著的诱因。从他与部分市场参与者交流来看，市场担心美联储的紧缩动作在未来两至三个季度可能会太慢，这使得之后某一天的美联储可能必须要加速收紧，以此来回补之前过慢的动作。此外，在美股一季报发布完成之后，美股目前上行驱动力量有所减弱，迈入震荡调整阶段。
欧洲市场方面，英、法、德等国基准股指均大幅下跌。英国伦敦股市《金融时报》100种股票平均价格指数跌幅为1.20%，法国巴黎股市CAC40指数跌幅为1.43%；德国法兰克福股市DAX指数跌幅为1.77%。
当日，欧洲央行在金融稳定评估报告中表示，欧元(1.2180, 0.0005, 0.04%)区在逐渐摆脱疫情，但债务负担沉重，且随着债券收益率上升，市场异常繁荣，欧元区金融稳定面临的风险也随之上升。
金融稳定评估报告还提到，如果美国通胀意外上升促使投资者押注美联储较早收紧货币政策，推高美债收益率，而经济增长却没有随之改善，美国股市重新定价的溢出效应可能是巨大的。
虚拟货币市场波动
金价暂时获得支撑
虚拟货币市场经历了巨幅波动，机构投资者转而投向黄金市场。
在隔夜市场，比特币从30000美元低位反弹至40000美元附近，跌幅从27%左右缩窄至10%以内。以太坊从2000美元下方涨至2500美元上方，狗狗币跌幅也从30%缩窄至24%左右。
伴随虚拟货币市场的剧烈波动，资金开始涌向避险天堂——黄金。当日，纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场交投最活跃的6月黄金期价较前一交易日上涨13.5美元，收于每盎司1881.5美元，涨幅为0.72%。
摩根大通分析师称，比特币流动状况继续恶化，机构投资者将继续缩减资金投入，并似乎从比特币转向传统黄金，这扭转了前两个季度的趋势。
另有分析师称，随着通胀预期越来越高，市场开始重燃对贵金属的热情。道明证券认为，通胀仍存在较大不确定性，如果高通胀是暂时的，则黄金上行或遇阻力。
