美国参议院投票决定推进5500亿美元的跨党派基建协议
美国参议院星期三投票决定开始就两党基础设施协议展开辩论。数小时前，两党参议员小组和美国总统拜登就一项5500亿美元的计划达成一致。参议院67票赞成、32票反对的程序性投票结果并不能保证该协议能在参议院最终获得通过。基建法案资金来源方面，美国欲对加密货币征税，筹集约280亿美元。

新华社发布，近期，中国股市出现较大波动，市场存在一定的担忧情绪。深入分析当前市场关心的几方面问题，不难得出结论：中国经济持续向好的基本面没有发生变化，中国改革开放的步伐依然坚定，中国资本市场发展的基础依然稳固。无论是针对平台经济还是校外培训机构，这些监管政策，都是促进行业规范健康发展、维护网络数据安全和保障社会民生的重要举措，并非是针对相关行业的限制和打压，而是有利于经济社会长远发展。
全球最大中国股票基金“宝座”易主，易方达张坤有望上位
晨星数据显示，7月26日瑞银（卢森堡）中国精选股票基金规模为119.47亿美元。同日，另一欧洲资管巨头――安联投资旗下的安联神州A股基金规模为126.73亿美元，前者曾霸榜全球最大中国股票基金多时。这意味着全球最大中国股票基金的“宝座”易主。
美联储公布决议后，美股道指曾缩窄跌幅至100点以内，标普一度转涨，纳指则维持造好。截至收盘，道指收跌0.37%，标普500指数微跌0.01%，纳指涨0.7%。盘面上，钢铁股、中概股普涨，科 技股造好。
投资者要警惕那些通过SPAC上市的电动汽车公司，后者风险不可忽视。一方面，SPAC热潮已逐渐降温。今年4月，美国证监会点名SPAC，称存在“一些重大但尚未发现的问题”，导致第二季度新的SPAC申请骤降至63份，而在第一季度时有302份申请。另一方面，市场曾出现过通过SPAC上市的电动汽车公司欺诈投资者的案例，也的确为投资者敲响了警钟。
A股三大指数今日集体反攻，其中沪指收盘上涨1.49%，收报3411.72点；深证成指大涨3.04%，收报14515.32点；创业板指飙升5.32%，收报3459.72点，收盘点位首次超过沪指。两市成交额达到1.25万亿元，行业板块多数收涨，半导体、新能源、稀土等热门赛道股纷纷大涨，酿酒、保险、银行板块逆市下跌。北向资金今日净买入42.28亿元。
从大势上看，国内目前面临的整体环境，相较于2018年的内外部冲突、2019年的紧信用以及2020年的疫情扰动，要更为乐观积极，在经济弱复苏+政策稳定的背景下，行情无大风险，只有大震荡，指数大幅杀跌后大概率会迎来向上修复，当下不宜过度悲观。
香港恒生指数今日大幅高开后，全天维持高位横盘态势，最终收盘大涨3.3%。大型科技股报复式反弹，带动恒生科技指数飙升8%，创史上最大单日涨幅。
基于香港市场的“离岸”属性，且长期以来港股与美股较高的相关性，一旦下半年美股风险集中爆发，港股大概率也将受到波及。特别是当前港美两地上市的14只个股中已有7只被纳入恒生科技指数，且合计权重也达到21.3%，若美国加税预期落地导致美国科技股出现抛售，叠加国内监管趋严的持续影响，预计或拖累整体港股市场。
