苹果将通过四部分协议发行65亿美元的债券
苹果将通过四部分协议发行公司债券，其中7年期债券的发行规模为23亿美元，10年期债券的规模为10亿美元，30年期债券的规模为18亿美元，40年期债券的规模为14亿美元。
美在线券商Robinhood上市首日破发，股价收跌逾8%
有“散户大本营”之称的美国在线券商Robinhood周四正式登陆纳斯达克，该股开盘报38美元，随后迅速破发，跌幅一度达12%，股价最低至33.35美元。截至收盘，该公司股价报34.82美元，跌幅8.37%，市值291亿美元。
发改委发布关于进一步完善分时电价机制的通知

股市方面，美股三大股指集体收涨，道指收涨0.44%，报35084.53点；标普500指数收涨0.42%，报4419.14点；纳指收涨0.11%，报14778.26点。黄金、白银、新能源车股表现强势，教育股跌幅居前。
在美国经济逐渐复苏的情况下，美联储距离缩表的时间越来越近，或将于今年秋天宣布缩表。他们还认为，尽管面临Delta变异毒株令疫情反弹的风险，但不会影响美国经济复苏的前景，却会令美股承压。
A股三大指数今日集体小幅收跌，两市成交额达到1.34万亿元。行业板块涨跌互现，钢铁板块大涨，酿酒板块重挫。北向资金今日净买入22.47亿元。
由于周四两市涨幅过大，技术面来看有获利盘快速兑现的可能，因此重点留意回调压力，不可盲目追高，对半导体、5G以及清洁能源(风能、光伏)等板块可以适当高抛低吸。
恒生指数今日收跌1.35%，7月累计跌近10%；恒生科技指数跌2.56%，本月累跌近17%。科技、教育、餐饮等板块走低，新东方、快手跌超7%，美团、海底捞跌超5%。
基于香港市场的“离岸”属性，且长期以来港股与美股较高的相关性，一旦下半年美股风险集中爆发，港股大概率也将受到波及。特别是当前港美两地上市的14只个股中已有7只被纳入恒生科技指数，且合计权重也达到21.3%，若美国加税预期落地导致美国科技股出现抛售，叠加国内监管趋严的持续影响，预计或拖累整体港股市场。
