ATFX出入金资讯
1.入金
您可以随时登入ATFX会员中心，为您的交易帐户办理入金和出金。我们为您提供多种入金方式，包括银行转帐、信用卡和签帐金融卡、以及多种电子钱包。
1.1入金管道
当您准备好开始交易时，我们将提供以下的支付管道，让您处理交易的入金及出金：
电子钱包
信用卡（万事达卡及Visa）
签帐金融卡
银行转帐
1.2入金流程
为您的交易帐户入金十分容易，请按照以下步骤动作：
A.登入会员中心（可通过首页进入）；
B.点击「入金」；
C.您将看到两个选择，通过「银行电汇」或「网上入金」办理入金；（「网上入金」指信用卡／签帐金融卡或电子钱包方式）;
D.选择您想要使用的选项，按照付款方式的提示进行动作。
1.3入金金额
我们的标准帐户的最低入金金额为100美元。
1.4入金上限金额
您的入金上限金额将取决于您的入金方式。若干入金方式存在每日限额，详情如下：
Skrill和Neteller的每日限额为10,000英镑／欧元／美元；
信用卡和签帐金融卡每日限额为35,000英镑／欧元／美元（交易限额为10,000英镑／欧元／美元）；
Trustly没有每日入金限额（交易限额为50,000英镑／欧元／美元）；
银行转帐对入金金额并无限制。
因此，如果您是使用银行转帐向您的帐户注资，您可以随意入金。对于大额资金，我们建议您直接与我们的团队沟通。
如果您的帐户活动与您在帐户申请中提供的资讯不一致，您将被要求进一步提交档或提供更多资讯。
1.5入金费用
透过银行转帐、信用卡／签帐金融卡或电子钱包，入金均不收取任何手续费。
如果您使用非英国的信用卡/借记卡，可能会支付少量费用，而是笔费用会在收到费用证明后立即退还。
请留意银行间同业存款的手续费，向您的银行了解实际收费。
1.6入金时间
入金的办理时长将取决于入金方式。如果您通过信用卡／签帐金融卡或电子钱包方式入金，您的资金通常会在30分钟内抵达帐户。*
如果您是通过银行转帐的方式入金，则资金将在银行帐户收到款项后的一个工作日内计入您的帐户。
*请注意：如果客户因技术问题而无法入金，ATFX不承担任何责任，客户应始终确保其帐户内存有多余的资金可用。
1.7我们不接受第三方付款。入金必须来自客户名下的帐户。入金可以使用银行转帐、信用卡或签帐金融卡和电子钱包等方式。
2.出金
2.1出金流程
从您的帐户出金非常容易。
请通过我们的网站首页登入会员中心，然后点击「出金」。
我们将始终按照入金来源，将资金以原本方式退回。例如，如果使用信用卡入金，则资金将退还至同一张信用卡。退款可以透过银行转帐、信用卡／签帐金融卡或电子钱包转帐方式完成。
如果您提取利润，我们可能要求您提供银行帐户资料，以便将资金直接汇转至您的帐户。
请注意：您的银行帐户必须完成验证后才能提交您的提款请求。
2.2出金时间
向您的银行帐户返还资金的速度，取决于您使用的出金方式。
银行转帐：从资金从您的交易帐户中取出开始，需要3-5个工作日后才能抵达您的银行。请向您的银行查询办理所需实际时间。
电子钱包：您的资金将在2个工作日返回您的电子钱包。
信用卡／签帐金融卡：在成功办理出金后，退款约需要2-5个工作日。请注意，如果存在我们无法将资金退回您卡上的限制，我们会要求您提供有效的银行声明并将资金退还您登记的银行帐户。如若发生这种情况，您的客户经理将与您联络。
所有在工作天的下午2时前（英国时间）收到的出金要求，将于同一天内办理；超过这指定时间收到的出金要求，将会在下一个工作天办理。
2.3出金额度
您可从帐户中自由出金的最低金额为100英镑／欧元／美元，或您的全部可用帐户余额，以数额低者为准。否则将会收取5英镑/欧元/美元（或等值金额）手续费。
对信用卡／签帐金融卡、银行转帐及电子钱包方式并无每日交易金额上限。对于大额出金，我们可能会与您联络以确认您的申请。
2.4出金费用
如果出金超过100英镑／欧元／美元，或如果您申请关闭帐户，对于您帐户的全部余额，出金为免费。
如果您的出金少于100英镑／欧元／美元，将收取5英镑／欧元／美元。您的信用卡／签帐金融卡提供商可能会收取手续费。请向您的银行查询其费用。
