操纵60个账户配资炒股获利超3000万元 证监会出手重罚
针对2018年3月30日至2018年5月22日期间，张飞、张雄控制“包某莹”等60个账户采用连续交易、盘中和尾盘拉抬股价等手段操纵“弘宇股份”，累计盈利3163.44万元，证监会决定依法没收两人违法所得并处以9490.32万元罚款，为违法所得的三倍，并对二人采取市场禁入措施。
房地产蓝皮书：2020年住房租金出现1998年以来首次负增长
8月3日，《房地产蓝皮书：中国房地产发展报告No.18（2021）》指出，2020年住房租金出现1998年以来的首次负增长，租售价差进一步被拉大。
香港证监会谴责并处罚瑞银1155万港元
香港证监会周二发布公告称，该机构决定对瑞银集团和瑞银证券作出谴责，并分别处以罚款980万港元及175万港元。原因为被处罚对象没有适当地披露其在研究报告涵盖的某些香港上市公司中所拥有的财务权益。此外，两家机构还违反了多项规定。
股市方面，周二美股三大股指集体收涨。截至收盘，道指收涨0.8%，报35117.19点，教育股、太阳能板块涨幅居前，腾讯概念、电子游戏股下挫；标普500指数收涨0.85%，报4424.50点；纳指收涨0.55%，报14761.3点。
如果疫情再持续半年，那或许会给美国经济带来难以修复的严重后果：中产塌陷、经济撕裂、两极分化。一方面，美国的大企业、大资本，其健康度不会受到疫情的严重冲击
A股三大指数今日集体收涨，其中沪指上涨0.85%，收报3477.22点；深证成指上涨1.72%，收报14990.11点；创业板指上涨2.47%，收报3563.13点。两市成交额达到1.29万亿元，行业板块涨多跌少，锂电池板块掀起涨停潮。北向资金今日净买入55.46亿元。
从大的结构看，上证指数仍处于宽幅震荡的区间内，而创业板和科创板的上升趋势暂未改变，结构化仍是市场主流。短期超跌反弹的蓝筹白马不宜太过追高，后期调整后分批建仓为好。
周三恒生指数低开高走，午后恒指涨幅收窄，截至收盘，恒指涨0.88%，报26426.55点，大市成交1685亿港元。板块方面，国务院印发全民健身计划，特步、滔博涨超12%，李宁涨逾5%，安踏涨超4%。个股方面，比亚迪股份(01211)涨8.34%创新高。
股是当前认为投资吸引力非常高的一个市场，如果大家还停留在港股只有低估值的优势，那么就一定会错过当前港股高成长新经济的一个新时代。今年2月下旬至今，其实港股和A股都几乎同步的进入了一个调整周期当中，但是从整体的波动率或者说回撤幅度来看，港股它的波动率其实明显要低于A股。
