亨达集团於2021年1月19日公布，主席徐联安博士(Dr Gordon Tsui)为专注个人兴趣及社会服务，将自本年3月1日起荣休，并于同日退任主席一职，首席执行长刘凯杰(Freddy Lau)继续带领集团持续发展。徐博士对刘凯杰充满信心，深信他接棒后将能凭借其科技专才与金融经验，带领亨达年轻管理团队，为集团再创新高，继续跨越、不断成长。
徐博士服务亨达21年，他表示：非常感恩得到人生导师、亨达集团创办人邓予立先生的提携和启发，引领我在金融界写下灿烂的篇章，并支持我服务社会。过去20年是我人生最重要一页，我能与团队并肩奋斗，感到十分光荣。人才是亨达的核心优势，集团多年来不断吸纳年轻人，给予他们发挥潜能的机会，积极培养新一代管理班子，为管理层的继任安排作长远规划。因此，集团多年来能够保持敏锐创意，在瞬息万变的金融市场中，保持一定优势。
徐联安博士退任后将投入金融业界和其他界别的公职工作，包括继续出任香港证券业协会主席，持续为业界发展出谋献策。多年来他服务教育界不同公职，他认为十年树木，百年树人，教育是社会进步、文化传承的重要基石，对于香港的未来至关重要，日后将不断努力。徐博士表示在卸下亨达职务后，希望能与理念相同的专业人士，继续为香港金融及教育界出力。
亨达集团于2020年踏入创业30周年。集团自1990年创立至今，发展成今天的跨国企业。如以十年作为一个阶段，集团创业首十年是「初创期」，由创办人邓予立将亨达发展成一家领有证监会所有金融服务牌照的投资公司。第二个十年是「巩固期」，见证了集团发展为综合性上市金融集团。第三个十年则是「扩展期」，集团于2008年出售香港所有证监会牌照及上市地位，将业务版图由大中华区逐步伸延到全球，包括英、日、泰、澳、纽、南美洲、中东及非洲等，产品上亦拓展为黄金、外滙及差价合约(CFD)等，鼎足三立，并扩大证券及资产管理业务，朝多元化国际金融企业的目标进发。
对于亨达未来的发展，刘凯杰认为集团将承传勇于开拓的文化，迈进「再创业期」，在过去的基础上，继续开拓新市场。亨达金融业务足迹遍及19个城市，下一步将进一步开拓东南亚及非洲市场。他补充：「我们开拓国际市场，注重立足地方服务当地客户，因此会在不同市场培养本地团队，在营运上尊重及融汇当地文化，落实世界公民理念。」
刘凯杰同时为集团旗下永盛科讯董事总经理。他认为：亨达非常重视资讯科技，在业务开创期已投入资源大力发展，是香港首家拥有自家线上交易平台的交易商。过去一年的疫情，印证了我们应用FinTech的重要性。我们的交易平台，以至企业内的系统，帮助我们在多个市场克服封城停摆的限制，为客户提供无间断的交易服务。
