近期，全球疫情出现了大反弹，变异病毒肆虐，日本正在经历疫情第三波，美国西部俄勒冈州疫情恶化，欧洲疫情仍在蔓延。这其中最引人关注的是印度。印度卫生部25日公布的数据显示，该国单日新增349691例新冠肺炎确诊病例，近期连创新高，最近三天确诊超过了100万，累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例1696万例，仅次于美国，单日新增创纪录的2767例新冠肺炎死亡病例。
印度医疗系统不堪重负，医用氧气耗尽，火葬场排队等待火化，大批富人乘飞机逃离．．．今年初疫情一度好转的印度，已然成为全球疫情的“震中”。印度政府25日预测，5月中旬疫情达到峰值时，印度每天新增确诊病例将高达50万例。张文宏医生25日晚间也在其个人社交媒体上发表的《印度疫情失控的深层原因和走向》一文中认为，印度疫情更大的暴发还在后面。
据南方+报道，雪上加霜的是，继此前发现双重变异病毒之后，印度多地已经出现了由三重变异病毒（triple-mutant variant），意味着三种不同的新冠病毒毒株结合形成一个新的变种，这种新的变种毒株比其他旧毒株具有更强的传播力，这无疑将给抗击疫情带来了更大挑战。
在这种背景之下，已经出现泡沫的全球资本市场将如何运行呢？分析人士认为，首先全球经济复苏再度陷入黯淡，因此成长股和周期股可能都面临压力，但抱团股可能存在机会。特别是美元杀跌背景之下的A股核心资产，可能会受到外资的青睐；其次，由于印度疫情非常严重，作为全球超大的香料出口国，香料产业可能会受到短期刺激。另外，印度也是非常重要的医药生产国，原料药、制剂等可能会受到追捧。

更大的暴发还在后面

由于疫情不断恶化，印度新冠肺炎死亡病例数急剧增长。
印度流行病毒株出现了双突变，但不是此次疫情完全失控的原因。
印度B.1.617的双突变株自2020年10月在印度被检出，因含有S蛋白上E484Q和L452R的突变，被称为“双突变”病毒株。在印度的突变株中，B.1.617所占比例即高于B.1.1.7和B.1.351突变株。B.1.617的比例自4月份开始显著增加，所占比例已经超过70%。目前多个国家已经对印度航班禁航。截至2021年4月20日，B.1.617的双突变株已在20多个国家被检出，其他国家并未发生类似印度的疫情大爆发。根据基因组数据提示的流行趋势来看，B.1.617（印度突变株）的传播性和B.1.17（英国突变株）相当，高于B.1.351（南非株）。印度的死亡率在4月迅速上升
自4月16日起，每日死亡人数突破1300人，达到了新冠疫情暴发每日死亡人数的新高，其趋势与印度范围内B1.617占比逐渐增高相对应。4月25日左右的每日死亡人数上升至接近2000人。主要的原因还是医疗挤兑了。当氧气供给都跟不上的时候，很多年轻的病人都可能会死去，原本他们只要有一口氧气吸就能活下来的。印度目前最需要的是氧气，氧气胜过任何药物，可以降低年轻病人死亡。印度是否能通过大流行获得群体免疫
截至2021年4月24日，根据官方数据，印度累计感染率为1.16%。离群体免疫70%的水平估计需要几十年的时间。还要额外至少死亡数百万人。如果在1918年大流感后的今天还走到这一步，则政府势必需要被人民问责。因此，印度后续的局势存在非常大的不确定性。印度疫情是否标志着疫苗的失败
根据突变株对于血清中和以及疫苗的影响研究发现，接种当地疫苗和康复者血清的样本虽然对B.1.617中和活性下降2倍左右。但是仍对突变株有效，目前虽然印度疫苗的接种总量仅次于美国和中国，但因其国内的人口基数较大，单剂疫苗接种比例为8.0% ，疫苗的接种比例较低，目前根本达不到阻止疫情传播的程度。以色列虽然有英国突变株流行，对疫苗的作用略有下降，但是今天以色列疫苗接种率加自然感染或的保护率达到70%以上，宣布疫情得到完全控制。再次显示当前疫苗仍然是对付疫情的重要法宝。印度后续的疫情走势
今年三月份印度的社会管控出现了放松，多次举办各种传统文化节，彻底放弃社交距离的措施。且疫情刚暴发时，政府对疫情处理也不够积极，才会出现4月内疫情进一步发展。即使是现在马上加快疫苗接种，也已经来不及了，更大的暴发还在后面。后续只有采取极其严格的公共卫生措施，政府采取坚决的正确应对，百姓有很好的配合，才能度过目前的危机。
印度预测本国疫情可能5月中旬达峰
日增将高达50万！
据新华社报道，印度政府25日预测，该国这一波新冠疫情可能于5月中旬达到峰值。继马哈拉施特拉邦、古吉拉特邦和首都新德里之后，北方邦将成为下一个疫情热点地区。
印度总理莫迪当天召集疫情严重各邦的首席部长商讨疫情对策。会上，印度国家转型委员会负责卫生的成员维诺德·保罗对疫情预测作了演示。
保罗说，到本月底，北方邦、马哈拉施特拉邦和新德里地区将成为病例新增最快的地区。到5月中旬疫情达到峰值时，印度每天新增确诊病例将高达50万例。
保罗警告说：“人口稠密的邦将面临特殊风险，各邦卫生基础设施将不足以应对严重疫情。”政府预计，新德里每天将缺口16061张带氧气的病床、约2877张重症监护病床和1450台呼吸机。北方邦每天将缺口约16752张带氧气的病床、约3061张重症监护病床和1538台呼吸机。
