数字人民币子钱包再度扩容 网商银行（支付宝）正式入列
数字人民币子钱包再度扩容，国内首批互联网银行之一的网商银行成为尝鲜者，成为第七家参与公测试点的商业银行。此次网商银行子钱包中标识的是网商银行（支付宝）。
目前，另外一家互联网银行微众银行子钱包在数字人民币App中尚未激活。
数字人民币App是我国试点数字人民币的应用平台，六大国有银行已经通过设立子钱包的模式参与其中。至此，参与数字人民币子钱包公开测试的商业银行已经达到七家。
多位专家认为，网商银行（支付宝）参与公测，不仅对于数字人民币的测试是个好消息，对于网商银行（支付宝）而言，同样有着巨大机遇。未来随着微众银行启动公测，数字货币应用更具看点。
网商成为第七家公测银行
据多位商户反馈，此前在数字人民币App使用过程中，已有消费者下载了网商银行子钱包。
据悉，此次下载的子钱包名称为“网商银行（支付宝）”。
之前，国有六大行先后参与了数字人民币App中的子钱包测试。而两家互联网银行——网商银行和微众银行尽管也在数字人民币App中显示，但始终处于未激活状态。
本周有消费者反馈，网商银行子钱包在近期已经被激活，可以参与申请。不过，尽管可以申请，但是在数字人民币钱包中，仍显示为功能尚待开发。
也有消费者表示，该子钱包可以在支付宝账户中内嵌，在一些场景中使用。
网商银行是国内第七家参与数字人民币公测的商业银行。去年网商银行年报显示，公司资产规模已经突破3000亿元，累计服务小微客户3507万户。
知情人士透露，在“上海五五购物节”中，也有不少网商银行的上海客户已经成为数字人民币试点的内测用户，并在一些场景进行了应用，例如盒马鲜生、大润发、天猫超市、哈罗单车、上海公交等多个场景。
数字人民币应用的新阶段
多位业内人士表示，网商银行（支付宝）参与测试意味着数字人民币试点进入一个新阶段。
上海浦东改革与发展研究院金融研究室主任刘斌表示，以前测试以国有六大行为主，并没有涉及第三方支付机构。如今，网商银行（支付宝）可以作为运营机构参与其中，说明未来数字人民币的试点主体、试点场景和范围可能会有很大变化。对于数字人民币来说，是一个很好的促进。一方面，前期的试点依靠传统国有银行的积极性寻找合适的试点场景，但传统银行在支付领域尤其是移动支付领域并没有太大优势，而且推广机制也需要进一步完善；另一方面，网商银行加入以后，可以利用其在电子商务、移动支付、金融科技等领域的优势，探索数字人民币更广阔的应用场景，对于数字人民币的推广应用具有重要推动作用。
网商银行参与公测，此前已有端倪。
在4月25日第四届数字中国建设峰会成果展览上，网商银行、微众银行便作为运营机构公开亮相。
微众银行虽然仍处于未激活状态，但市场对此也有很高预期。
金融科技专家张家兴表示，期待网商和微众两大互联网银行都参与数字人民币测试。数字货币使用不断深化，未来有望更好地在诸多超大型互联网平台场景去自由应用，会碰撞出更多思想性火花，也会大大提升客户体验。
对于网商银行而言，参与数字人民币试点也会对自身有较大提升。
“一是有助于网商银行融入新的数字人民币生态体系，未来数字人民币将是国内金融科技发展的重要领域，网商银行加入可以将数字人民币与其现有的渠道、场景、生态融合，有可能衍生更多的业务。二是有可能促进支付宝的国际化战略，数字人民币推出后对于人民币国际化会有所促进，当然需要有合适的跨境场景相适应，在这方面，阿里的跨境电商业务可以与数字人民币的跨境应用结合，为支付宝的国际化业务提供更好的支持，同时数字人民币国际化场景的拓展也可以推动支付宝的国际应用，吸引国际用户。三是网商银行（支付宝）可以借助数字人民币实现与其他平台生态的互联互通，比如与微信、美团、滴滴等，都可以在数字人民币大的生态体系下扩大自身生态的影响和辐射范围。”刘斌表示。
互联网场景不断丰富
数字人民币试点的场景正在不断拓展。不仅试点城市的数量在增加，同时互联网巨头也纷纷参与其中。
数字人民币已经在多个城市进行了试点，消费者参与热情度很高。如今，数字人民币试点已形成“10+1”格局。除深圳、苏州、雄安新区、成都四地及北京冬奥会场等试点地区之外，到2020年10月，数字人民币增加了上海、海南、长沙、西安、青岛、大连六个试点地区。
从数字人民币App中也可以看出，参与试点测试的机构愈来愈丰富。
最早测试之时，仅有京东、京喜等少数互联网机构身影，而如今，每个银行子钱包下面都有较多的消费选择。
五一假期期间，在线旅游代表企业携程也参与了数字人民币App试点。目前，在邮储银行(5.240, 0.09, 1.75%)子钱包项下，天猫超市、苏宁易购(6.770, 0.01, 0.15%)、滴滴、饿了么、盒马鲜生等互联网公司都参与其中。
建行子钱包的消费场景还增加了途牛、特来电、星星充电、顺丰等多个应用。
传统机构的电商平台也在加入其中，例如，善融商务、邮储生活、石化金融等。
