近日，央行数字人民币运营机构迎来新成员。数字人民币APP显示，网商银行已为可用状态。
此前，六大国有银行已通过设立子钱包的方式参与数字人民币，而蚂蚁旗下的网商银行成为接入数字人民币的第一家民营银行和互联网银行。
数字人民币应用不断扩容
记者登录数字人民币APP发现，其运营机构网商银行从此前灰色状态被点亮，显示名称为“网商银行（支付宝）”。同时，阿里系其他应用也上线数字人民币APP，工、农、中、建、交、邮储六大国有银行的子钱包内都新增饿了么、盒马鲜生、天猫超市三个应用。
目前，数字人民币已经在多个城市进行了试点，形成“10+1”格局。除深圳、苏州、雄安新区、成都4地及北京冬奥会场等试点地区之外，2020年10月，试点地区又增加了上海、海南、长沙、西安、青岛、大连6个试点地区。
在近日开启的“五五购物节”中，数字人民币的测试活动成为一大亮点，上海与苏州联动，开启国内首次异地联动的数字人民币试点测试。
同时，参与数字人民币试点的金融机构、互联网科技公司成员也在不断增加。
数字人民币最初测试时，仅有京东等少数互联网公司参与，而如今，各银行子钱包中都有了更多的选项。除新增了饿了么等应用，还有滴滴出行、携程、哔哩哔哩、美团、苏宁易购(6.750, 0.02, 0.30%)、途牛、顺丰等。在刚刚结束的五一假期中，携程也参与了数字人民币试点。
数字人民币接纳民营银行
蚂蚁集团一直积极参与数字人民币。
去年，时任蚂蚁集团CEO胡晓明就曾表示，支付宝和其他移动支付钱包是金融基础设施，而数字人民币是支付工具，是钱包的内容。数字人民币的发行和流通涉及到社会的各个方面，也需要人民银行和各方机构一起努力共同推进，这也符合央行所提出的双层运营原则。在数字人民币的研发过程当中，网商银行深度参与。所以数字货币对于蚂蚁集团是正向的增量，而不是负向的减量。
央行数字货币研究所还与蚂蚁集团签署技术战略合作协议，双方在技术领域开展交流合作，不涉及具体产品选择。
金融科技专家苏筱芮分析称，央行数研所与蚂蚁合作，主要是看重蚂蚁集团的技术水平，蚂蚁作为金融科技巨头，其金融科技研发水平与应用成果居于行业前列，例如旗下的oceanbase此前就已被国有大行采用，并拥有众多客户。
被官方宣传参与数字人民币技术平台建设和运营工作，对蚂蚁集团来说意味着其技术水平被获取认可，此前蚂蚁就已在上海参与数字人民币相关的扫码和刷脸支付测试，官宣合作的消息属于预期之内
同时，苏筱芮也指出，技术层面的合作并不意味着合规层面降低要求，预计后续巨头在合规工作方面仍面临较大考验。
此前不久，国有六大行数字货币钱包面向公众开放申请，用户可在银行营业网点中直接申请数字货币钱包，银行上报审核通过便可成功开通。六大行也展开了一轮猛力宣传，积极邀请客户到本行开通数字人民币钱包。
网商银行的加入，使数字人民币突破了国有六大行的体系，意义不言而喻。
苏筱芮对《华夏时报》记者表示，网商银行接入数字人民币，标志着其作为民营银行的运营能力获取官方认可，也表明数字人民币的使用渠道再次获得拓展，既能够丰富数字人民币的落地场景以获取更广泛的用户群体，也能够为后续数字人民币的试点推广形成助力。
值得注意的是，日前网商银行也发布的2020年业绩显示，网商银行去年去的了很大增长。
网商银行2020年度营业收入为86.18亿元，较2019年增长近20亿元。但全年净利润同比增长不明显，2020年为12.86亿元，与2019年基本持平。
截至2020年末，网商银行累计服务3507万小微企业和个人经营者，吸收存款1646.89亿元，发放贷款及垫款1269.08亿元，资产总额达3112.56亿元，几项指标较2019年大幅增长。且网商银行注重金融科技研发，去年投入的研发费用达7.3亿元。
苏筱芮指出，此前，官方曾表示数字人民币将接纳更多的私营企业作为其生态成员，但必须遵守并满足监管要求，预计后续数字人民币在不断拓展试点范围的同时，也会引入民营力量的参与，共同为数字人民币的普及保驾护航。
还有行业分析人士认为，看好网商银行融入数字人民币生态体系，网商银行依托阿里的平台，具有渠道流量场景优势，与数字人民币结合，有望实现更广泛的互联互通，打破各互联网平台之间的壁垒，颇具想象空间。
数字人民币与第三方支付相结合
此外，支付宝与数字人民币的合作也值得关注。在互联网支付领域，支付宝和微信支付占据较大市场份额，而第三方支付行业人士普遍认为数字人民币将会利好行业。
数据宝产品研究院院长李可顺表示，三方支付通道增加支持数字货币的使用，是今年支付行业发展的一大趋势。
易宝支付相关负责人也对《华夏时报》记者表示，数字人民币来势不可阻挡，支付机构必定要与之融合，这是支付行业未来生存发展的基础。
数字科技服务平台欢太数科CEO徐立夫对记者指出，目前第三方支付方式已经在多种场景下广为接受，数字货币不仅广泛适用以上场景，还拥有离线支付技术、芯片级安全性能等优势，有利于高效、便捷的社会数字金融生态发展。
据了解，欢太数科此前在多个城市参与了数字人民币试点生态建设，正在与OPPO合作完成线上场景技术测试，未来将推进数字人民币在OPPO生态的线上场景试点。
今年5月，北京等城市将开展新一轮数字人民币试点。苏筱芮分析称，此次北京试点基于前期工作经验，面向更多消费者发放数字人民币奖励，一方面表明试点工作正在有序拓展，另一方面则体现出数字人民币在推广方式上充分采用市场化手段，结合消费热点探索通过创新、亲民的方式来获取广大用户的认可，既能够发挥数字人民币在零售市场中的流通作用，也能够扩大数字人民币在国内支付行业的影响力。
苏筱芮预计，后续数字人民币将在公共缴费、企业商贸、政府服务领域甚至跨境支付等场景得到进一步拓展，数字人民币运营机构可以借助自身营业网点和手机App、官方小程序等途径来进行推广，也可以嵌入消费场景开展获客。
