“京彩平台”自6月5日0时正式开启，在京个人消费者（以手机GPS定位为准）无需登录，即可在中国银行(3.360, 0.02, 0.60%)手机银行APP、中国工商银行(5.190, 0.01, 0.19%)手机银行APP中通过点击活动页面或搜索“京彩奋斗者”“北京数字人民币”等关键词进入“京彩平台”预约报名。报名截止时间为6月7日24时，报名结束后，经公证处摇号系统抽签，中签消费者可根据中签短信指引下载数字人民币APP并开通个人数字钱包，获得数字人民币“京彩”红包。“京彩”红包可于6月11日9时至6月20日24时内在指定商户消费使用，商户名单可在“京彩平台”查阅。
参与红包预约需要什么条件？
答：个人预约须同时满足两个条件：一是预约登记时所处地理位置在北京市（以GPS定位为准）；二是使用中国大陆手机号码和第二代居民身份证号码进行预约登记。
在北京的非北京户籍人员能否预约？
答：可以预约。
可在什么时间预约，是否先到先得？
答：本次“京彩”红包发放通过“摇号抽签”决定，非先到先得，无需争抢。预约时间：2021年6月5日00：00——2021年6月7日23：59，符合条件的个人可通过指定APP进入“京彩平台”进行预约。
如何查询个人的中签结果？
答：两种查询方式。一是活动主办方将授权中国银行通过短信形式向预约成功的用户推送中签或未中签信息。二是用户也可通过中国银行手机银行APP、中国工商银行手机银行APP进入“京彩平台”查询抽签结果。
红包的使用规则是怎样的？
答：用户需要在数字人民币“京彩”红包有效期内（6月11日9：00至6月20日23：59）使用，超过有效期的，数字人民币“京彩”红包将被回收并返还资金提供方。数字人民币“京彩”红包可在指定商户消费使用，商户名单可在“京彩平台”查阅。
消费金额大于数字人民币红包时怎么办？
