监管查询
第一步：查询开始之前先了解AFSL，ABN，ACN的区别。
ACN 全称 Australian Company Number，澳洲公司注册代码，共9位数字。所有在澳洲的企业都必须注册ACN，相当于国内的工商注册。
ABN 全称Australian Business Number，澳洲公司商业代码，共11位数（两位税号 9位数ACN号码构成）。有ACN不一定有ABN，像有的休眠公司没有ABN，有ABN号码就必有ACN号码。
AFSL 全称Australian Financial Services Licensee，澳洲金融服务牌照，通常是6位数居多，只有从事金融服务的企业才有AFSL。业内通常讲的澳洲监管号就是AFSL牌照号。
ACN和ABN只是最普通的注册而已，只单独有ACN、ABN的公司是没有资质做金融衍生品的。
防骗小知识：
如果有外汇交易商宣传受澳洲监管，监管号是9位数或11位数，那么这家公司肯定有问题，因为9位数是ACN，11位数是ABN，ACN或ABN根本不是监管号。
第二步： 查交易商是否拥有AFSL牌照，牌照经营范围是否包含零售外汇业务
直接打开ASIC官网查询 www.asic.gov.au，如图选择Professional Registers
第一步：在A处输入待查询的公司名字或在B处输入AFSL牌照号，在select register的下拉菜单中选择Australian Financial Services Licensee，然后点击Search查询。
第二步：如果输入公司名字直接搜索监管情况的话，会匹配多个名称相似度较高的搜索结果，因此要注意对比公司名字的一致性，常见的两种监管状态为current（目前受监管），ceased(监管已注销）。
第三步：如果知道交易商的AFSL监管号的话，搜索是非常便捷的，不会担心搜到其他公司，因为输入监管号点击搜索是直接跳到查询结果页面。
如下图status处显示current说明目前这家公司是受监管的。有External Dispute Resolution(外部纠纷解决机构）简称EDR，说明这家公司是能够向零售客户提供服务的，通过EDR可以查到受监管的公司的基本的联系方式。
防骗小知识：
根据澳洲ASIC规定，如果交易商要向零售客户提供金融产品和服务，就必须加入外部纠纷解决机构以保障零售客户的权益。如果一家澳洲外汇交易商没有EDR，那么它是不能接零售客户的（也就是我们说的散户）。据了解澳洲的机构客户是50万澳元以上。通过这招你也可以过滤掉很多虚假公司，因为目前国内有很多网站套牌澳洲只做机构业务的金融服务提供商。
第四步：查看受监管的业务范畴，通常要有这两个大类provide financial product advice （金融产品建议）和deal in a financial products （金融产品交易），同时这两个大类通常要有derivatives（金融衍生品）和foreign exchange contracts外汇合约，面向的客户群体要包含retail clients(零售客户），因为绝大多数投资者都是零售客户。
查看一家受ASIC监管的外汇交易商要注意以下几点：
一看监管状态current。
二看EDR，说明接受零售客户。
三看derivatives（金融衍生品）和foreign exchange contracts外汇合约。
四要确认真正受监管公司的网站，通过EDR查询。
有不少套牌公司用ACN或ABN谎称是澳洲监管，接下来教大家如何查ACN和ABN↓
1、打开澳洲ASIC查询页面：https://connectonline.asic.gov.au
在within的下拉菜单中选择organisation and business names，在下面的Name or number中输入公司名字，9位数的ACN号码或者是11位数的ABN号码点击查询即可。
2、查询结果页面，有公司注册时间，公司地址，曾用名等基本信息，还可以付费购买这家公司的更多信息。
3、有ABN号码的也可以直接通过ABN Look UP查询公司的基本信息。
查询地址：http://www.abr.business.gov.au
输入ABN号码（有ABN号码的公司直接输入ACN号码也是可以的）或者是公司名字即可查询。
4、能查到这家公司当前的基本信息和历史基本信息。
防骗小知识：
请注意有的公司可能在ABN查询里面查不到任何结果，有两种情况，第一种可能是公司名字或监管号是虚构的，第二种情况可能是一家休眠公司，没有注册税务，可以直接通过查organisation and business names的方法可以查到公司信息。
监管投诉
如何投诉受澳大利亚ASIC监管的外汇交易商？
当您对投资不满意时，您可以通过以下三个步骤进行投诉：
步骤一、首先投诉到外汇交易商的内部纠纷解决机构（IDR）
如果您有投诉时，最好的方式是直接与外汇交易商的IDR联系。澳大利亚ASIC要求每个公司设立IDR，如法务部。
注：
1. 通常，您可以在外汇交易商的官网找到IDR的联系方式。若没有，您可以要求交易商其联系方式；
2. 一般投诉能在45天内解决。 如果交易商未回复投诉，请您电话联系交易商。
3. 在联系前，明白自己所想要的投诉结果，比如道歉、解释、合约解除或损失赔偿等。
4. 投诉前，确保投诉素材准备充足，比如账号，问题点等。
5. 以书面形式提交投诉：信件格式：主题含投诉二字，正文标明投诉人姓名，联系方式，投诉日期，陈述事实，表达诉求，附上相关证据的复印件，请自行保留原件和投诉信。
6. 联系经纪商时，保存好与经纪商的交谈记录，包括协商日期、与谁协商、协商内容是什么。如果问题没有解决，这个可以用作以后继续协商的证据。
步骤二、如果您对交易商的IDR处理结果不满意，请投诉到EDR（外部争端解决机构）的AFCA(金融申诉服务机构）;

如果您对IDR和EDR的处理结果都不满，那么最后的办法是诉诸法庭。特别是当您遭受了巨大的损失时，您可以告上法庭，要求外汇交易商赔偿您的损失。
