世卫组织总干事谭德塞表示，全球新冠肺炎单周新增死亡病例数量继续下降，已降至近一年来的最低水平，但根据世卫组织统计数据，全球每周仍有近五万人死于新冠肺炎，实际数字肯定更高。除欧洲外，各个区域的新冠肺炎新增死亡病例数量都在下降。
月报显示，尽管油价上涨，欧佩克仍对石油需求持谨慎态度。欧佩克将2021年全球石油需求增速预测下调16万桶/日，至580万桶/日。美国方面，EIA最新报告下调今年美国油产预期至1102万桶/日，对WTI和布油明年价格预期均上调近6美元。
美元指数日内走势疲软，美盘前曾一度小幅回升，但在美国9月CPI数据公布后又接着扭头向下，下跌幅度相较于美盘前进一步扩大，最终收跌0.54%，报94。
美元指数维持震荡格局的可能性较大，所以操作思路也会以高估低渣为主，尽量选择有价值点位进行布局，考虑到今日行情的可能情况，建议今日只做短线交易，选择有效点位进场
周三现货黄金在美国9月CPI数据公布后一度上演短线跳水，但很快一改跌势，大幅度回升，重新站上1790美元关口，日内最大涨幅达38美元，最终收涨1.87%，报1792.57美元/盎司
金价目前仍然处于横盘震荡阶段，不过随着美联储官员集体表态支撑11月缩减，金价承受的压力将越来越大，短线金价并没有太多上升的支撑因素，建议保守者观望，激进者逢高做空
国际油价方面，WTI原油持续下行并一度跌破80美元关口，于美盘时段时触底反弹，触及日高81.02美元后回落，最终小幅收跌0.05%，报80.54美元/桶；布伦特原油走势类似WTI原油，日内最大涨幅达1.44美元，收涨0.02%，报83.33美元/桶。
油价短线涨势暂歇，横盘格局逐渐清晰，在基本面利好的背景下，空头也不敢大举入场，市场观望情绪渐浓，建议投资者可暂时观望，等待进一步的动向。
