隔夜美股盘前熔断、开盘后又熔断，最终收盘全线大跌超过7%，将黑色星期一的恐慌气氛推向了高潮。不过否极泰来、峰回路转，今天亚太地区股指却在震震荡荡中普遍大幅反弹，目前恒指大涨1.96%，日经指数涨涨1.09%，台湾加权指数小幅反弹0.27%，韩国KOSPI指数小涨0.60%，澳洲ASX200指数大幅收涨3.11%。VIX指数隔夜自44.97高位回落后现报33.36。“黑色星期一”是否给市场恐慌出一个短期底部来，这可能还是要看美股今晚的进一步走势才能更好地决断。
美元/日元大幅反弹了300点，美元整体也有所反弹修正

美债收益率自隔夜低点大幅回升
与此同时，油价自昨日以来在30.30上方持稳，金价小幅回落至1656.70档；更重要的是，10年期美债收益率自隔夜低位回升了近30个基点，现报0.689%。美债收益率是否也出现了短期底部？若如是，美元/日元、美元今天亚市的反弹修正可能就容易理解了，但这可能只是短期。
美国、日本等国暗示将公布经济刺激方案
昨日几乎整体市场都明显恶化，各地区的政策制定者们也动作频频：美国政府官员表示将有重大经济政策出台，最早今晚特朗普讲话就会披露；日本表示日内稍晚些时候将公布第二批经济扶助措施；澳储行行长今天亚市虽然表示目前还不需要非常规政策，但还是大谈特谈了负利率政策。政策当局的这些应对是可以理解的，而且是应当的、至少在短期来看是如此，但问题在于这些承诺会兑现吗、政策能短期出台吗？即使出台，对经济的真正效用会如何？能在乐观的情况下，帮助全球产业供应链、企业资金链挺过未来的一两个季度吗？
