时值五一小长假，数字人民币又在国内掀起一股热浪。
商务部会同有关部门将于5月举办“全国消费促进月”活动，活动期间将于上海、苏州发放数字人民币消费红包。
数字人民币再次“飞入寻常百姓家”。
与此同时，京东集团宣布，2021年1月，京东集团已经试点数字人民币发薪，为常驻上海、深圳、成都、长沙、西安的部分员工发放首批数字人民币工资。
种种迹象显示，数字人民币基础设施搭建已经趋于成熟，大规模应用箭在弦上。
而更为引人瞩目的是，正在举行的数字中国建设峰会上传来消息，中国人民银行数字货币研究所与蚂蚁集团签署技术战略合作协议，将共同推动建设数字人民币的技术平台。
作为中国移动支付的领军企业之一，蚂蚁集团参与到数字人民币技术研究，具有积极意义。
战略合作蚂蚁集团，擘画数字人民币技术平台
央行数研所与蚂蚁集团的技术战略合作将基于蚂蚁集团自主研发分布式数据库OceanBase和移动开发平台mPaaS，共同推动建设数字人民币的技术平台。
此举意味着央行数研所与蚂蚁集团的合作又进一步。
蚂蚁集团是全球领先的金融科技开放平台，公司在数据分析、云计算、AI、区块链等技术方面已经有成熟的布局和业务。
蚂蚁集团旗下的支付宝自主研发的智能风控引擎AlphaRisk，是全球最先进的风控系统之一。在其保护下，支付宝交易风险率不到千万分之0.64。
从PC互联到移动互联，再到一站式数字生活平台，2004年诞生的支付宝，已经深入到国人生活的方方面面：数字金融、政务民生、本地生活等各领域服务方，为消费者提供一站式数字生活服务。
目前，支付宝和数字钱包伙伴共同服务全球约13亿用户。
公开信息显示，几年前，蚂蚁集团就在积极参与数字人民币体系建设。2017年末，中国人民银行开始组织部分商业机构共同开展数字人民币体系的研发，蚂蚁是其中之一。
2019年，央行数字货币研究所逐步引入蚂蚁分布式数据库OceanBase和移动开发平台mPaaS推进数字人民币的技术建设。
此番联手蚂蚁集团更多的还是在数字人民币数字体系搭建方面的合作。
基于通用硬件的OceanBase是蚂蚁集团自主研发的全球首个应用于金融核心业务的分布式关系数据库，连续两年在国际联机事务处理TPC-C Benchmark测试并登顶性能榜首，开创了国产自主研发和世界级分布式计算的新格局。
OceanBase历经阿里超大规模业务场景，支付宝、网商银行等金融级场景以及双11等战役的历练，能够实现高并发、大流量场景下的数据强一致、高可用和高效，独特的LDC架构设计更能提供单元化部署能力，通过架构无限扩展实现应用多地多活、城市级别容灾。
目前，OceanBase已经服务中国工商银行(5.230, -0.04, -0.76%)、南京银行(9.600, 0.11, 1.16%)、人保健康险、西安银行(4.940, 0.00, 0.00%)、常熟农商行、苏州银行(7.310, 0.19, 2.67%)、广东农信、中石化、深圳公积金、浙江移动等多家机构。
而mPaaS是源自于支付宝的移动开发平台，产品能力全面覆盖“端开发框架、研发协同、数字化运营、智能营销、后端连接”等场景，目前已服务12306、上海地铁、广发银行、华夏银行(6.160, -0.03, -0.48%)、CSDN、可口可乐等众多B端客户，及亿级C端用户。
有多年实战经验和技术积累的蚂蚁集团参与到数字人民币技术平台搭建，意味着在与央行数字货币研究所强强联手下，中国数字人民币发展驶入快车道。
数字人民币驶入快车道，大规模应用可期
万事俱备只欠东风！
中国产业数字化转型成绩突出，数字经济社会基础设施搭建已经初巨规模。在第四届数字中国建设峰会上发布的《数字中国发展报告（2020年）》指出，我国数字经济总量跃居世界第二，数字经济核心产业增加值占GDP的比重达到7.8%。
在恰当的时刻数字人民币翩然而至，叩开中国数字经济的大门，解锁数字经济，精准滴灌普惠金融社会。
顾名思义，数字人民币是由人民银行发行的数字形式的法定货币，与纸钞硬币等价，具有法偿性，任何单位和个人不得拒收。
早在2014年央行就着手开展数字人民币的研发，央行成立法定数字货币专门研究小组，开启数字人民币初期技术储备、知识积累。
2017年2月央行推动基于区块链数字票据交易平台测试成功，中国率先成为全球第一家做该类实验的国家。
进展迅速的数字人民币在2019年底启动试点，于深圳、苏州、雄安、成都及北京冬奥会场等地进行试点测试，工、农、中、建四大国有商业银行和中国移动、中国电信、中国联通(4.190, -0.01, -0.24%)三大电信运营商共同参与试点。
此后互联网平台型企业也都纷纷入局数字货币试点，腾讯、支付宝、美团、B 站、字节跳动、京东等企业均传出与中国人民银行数字货币研究所建立“战略合作伙伴关系”。
在数字人民币App选择要添加钱包的运营机构中，除六大行外，蚂蚁集团旗下网商银行和腾讯的微众银行也位列其中。
步入2021年，数字人民币推进由试点进入“准公测”阶段，有望迈入大规模推广。
2021年3月，六大国有银行开始推广数字人民币货币钱包，相关银行客户只需提出申请，便可下载开通数字人民币钱包使用。
经过多场景拓展，央行数字人民币在技术手段、账户体系、功能实现、试点测试、场景应用等方面布局均已较为完善，大规模应用可期。
需求带动，数字货币产业链投资机会有哪些？
某种意义上，我们可以说中国正在经历数千年不遇的货币改革大事件和大机遇，需求带动，数字人民币产业链迎来投资机会。
申港证券研究所认为，全球数字货币研究提速，银行IT是有望率先受益。随着数字人民币技术成熟以及支付流通环境完善，银行IT系统将会是各项技术落地的先锋领域。
支付场景方面，ATM以及POS机升级以及配套窗口将逐渐打开，供应链金融方面，我们看好银行IT系统引入基于区块链技术的分布式账本、可信计算等技术，推动区块链技术向全领域扩展。
在此契机下，ATM机厂商御银股份(9.410, 0.41, 4.56%)在近期收获6个涨停，Wind显示，自2021年以来，截至4月25日，公司股价上涨约64%，领跑数字货币概念股。
数字人民币试点范围扩大，对ATM机有升级需求。御银股份在财报中披露，公司关注央行数字货币的进展，成立了数字货币研究中心，拓展数字货币钱包在自助设备上的应用。
而因为冰箱、冰柜产品被广为熟知的奥马电器(5.110, -0.03, -0.58%)在A股走势趋弱背景下，今年以来上涨了约33%。
公司股票上涨的背后推手则是数字货币。据公开报道，奥马电器成立创新小组研究数字货币及区块链技术的布局，“作为与央行合作的金融科技公司，参与了数字货币的原型设计”。
在诸多数字货币股上涨的同时，也有些股价出现下跌，其中包括金融科技产品与服务龙头恒生电子(90.500, 3.68, 4.24%)，拥有多项专利信息的安全设备提供商飞天诚信(19.650, 0.30, 1.55%)，信息安全行业PKI产品市场的龙头企业格尔软件(18.640, -0.14, -0.75%)。
在挖掘数字货币产业链投资机遇同时，国盛证券也提出另一观点，由于数字人民币正式推出尚未有具体时间表，大规模推广需要一个过程。目前整个产业链受益环节以银行IT建设、线下数字钱包较为清晰，但细分领域竞争格局尚不明确，因此各家公司受益体量有待验证。
