上游洪水袭来，下游听取“涨”声一片。为了应对大宗商品价格上涨所带来的成本压力，从可口可乐到纸尿裤，从电脑显卡、处理器到化妆品，甚至电力助动车，纷纷上调价格。
今年以来，从股票到大宗商品再到加密货币，多资产出现同步大幅上涨。越来越多分析师则开始警示称，全球市场目前存在某种程度的泡沫。
资产管理公司GMO（Grantham，Mayo & VanOtterloo）的联合创始人兼首席投资策略师杰里米·格兰瑟姆（Jeremy Grantham）坦言，本轮市场狂飙走高，甚至连最有经验的投资者也未能预期到。
“这与我们经历过的任何其他泡沫都截然不同。以前所有的泡沫都是在经济状况看起来近乎完美的时候出现的。而这次完全不同，市场在一个受伤的经济状况中开始了难以置信的飙升。”他指出。
虽然历史上每次泡沫出现的背景不同、持续的时间不同，但分析师强调，投资者急需注意泡沫破灭后的应对。
“万物复苏”
今年以来，环顾全球市场，各类资产都在飙升，延续了一段时间以来的“万物复苏”行情。
其中，木材价格当下已飙升到历史最高点；美国的住宅销售处于2006年房地产泡沫破灭前的水平；股票也在狂飙。今年以来，美国、法国、澳大利亚等多国的基准股指均攀升至新高，标普500指数和道琼斯工业平均指数近期分别第23次和第21次创下今年以来的收盘纪录。
数据提供商Refinitiv Lipper的数据显示，仅今年3月单月，美国共同基金和交易所交易基金（ETF）的规模就增加了约980亿美元（约合6350亿元人民币(6.4790, -0.0041, -0.06%)），创下单月新增资金规模的最高历史纪录。同时，自去年12月以来的资金流动规模已达1378亿美元，创七年新高。
这种狂热还超出了华尔街机构追踪的传统资产。比特币此前一度在历史上首次突破6万美元大关，狗狗币（Dogecoin）也曾短暂跃升至创纪录水平，原因是粉丝们群起在推特上发布了“DogeDay”等标签。
在风险投资领域，投资者向初创企业提供的资金是它们所需资金的五倍甚至更多，令所有初创企业的平均估值都创下历史新高。
这样的市场狂热，华尔街再熟悉不过。当下，投资者对各资产类别均表现出过度投资热情，令分析师想起了兴盛的上世纪20年代（the Roaring ’20s）。当下科技股的高估值也使得人们很容易将其与20年前的互联网泡沫时期进行比较。
在黑石私人财富解决方案集团（Blackstone‘s private wealth solutions group）的副董事长维恩（Byron Wien）看来，此次市场的持续狂热得到决策者的特别支持。在30多年的职业生涯中，他经历过各种市场泡沫。
新冠肺炎疫情后，美联储将利率降至接近零的水平，并加大了债券购买计划的力度，美国国会也批准了数万亿美元的刺激计划，以帮助美国经济从封锁状态中复苏。一年后的当下，美国经济开始复苏，市场继续飙升，但美联储仍未显示出希望尽快收紧货币政策的迹象。
“人们仿佛认为，他们是在拥有豁免权的情况下进行投资的。”维恩称，“每次的周期都不一样，但总会出现估值异常的情况。”
此言非虚。道琼斯市场数据显示，标普500指数目前的市盈率约为26倍。另一种估值指标——席勒市盈率（Shiller P/E）算出的估值更高，为37.6倍，为约20年来的最高值。席勒市盈率曾在1999年12月达到44.2倍的历史峰值。
泡沫迟早破灭？
面对许多资产如此高的估值，坎布里亚投资管理公司（Cambria Investments）的首席投资官兼投资组合经理费伯（Meb Faber）认为，泡沫的定义不仅仅是过高的估值。相反，泡沫是因为投资者愿意相信股票或其他资产只可能继续上涨，并愿意忽视一些基本面因素，比如一家公司是否能够创造足够的利润来证明其标价合理。
他补充分析道，从历史上看，市场泡沫的运行时间比其怀疑者想象的要长。以日本为例，其股市平均市盈率在泡沫破裂、暴跌并出现长达数十年的停滞前，曾在1989年达到60倍。
“高估值的市场不一定会崩溃。”费伯称，“过早退出交易意味着可能要冒错过连续多年获取丰厚回报的风险。”
但大部分分析师和投资者对目前的市场泡沫已然警惕。
作为传奇投资人，格兰瑟姆最为人所知的是，他曾正确预测了20世纪80年代末的日本股市泡沫、2000年的互联网泡沫和2008年美国次贷危机泡沫的破灭。
虽然时代背景变了，但格兰瑟姆认为，以往每次的泡沫破裂都伴随着戏剧性的崩盘，股市花了数年时间才从中恢复过来；以往泡沫破裂前的一些信号与当下有所重叠，导致许多投资者为本轮泡沫破灭做好了准备，迎接可能出现的更大范围的回调，而这种回调不仅有可能“消灭”选错股票的投资者，还可能“消灭”其他资产市场的投机者。
“如果我们（稍后）进入一个信心不足的阶段，而各类资产同时存在泡沫，他们将给现实世界带来更多的痛苦。”格兰瑟姆警示称。
除了分析师，在去年以来各资产价格飙升中发挥了越来越重要作用的散户投资者也认为有迹象表明市场已经“过度膨胀”。本月稍早，一项针对957名散户投资者的E*Trade（亿创理财公司）金融调查显示，近70%的受访散户投资者认为市场完全或部分处于泡沫之中。
投资者的考验开始了
事实上，市场上一些泡沫最严重的部分已开始考验投资者的勇气。
近几个月来，由于美国国债收益率上升削弱了一些股票对投资者的吸引力，一些前期估值过高的股票的价格似乎更趋于合理。例如，亚马逊（Amazon）目前的市盈率为79倍，低于其五年平均值175倍。奈飞（Netflix）的市盈率目前为62倍，也大幅低于其5年平均水平195倍。
此外，类似Archegos资产管理公司这样的投资机构也在近期因采用高杠杆重仓押注ViacomCBS、Discovery等股票而爆仓。
明星选股人、“牛市女皇”凯瑟琳·伍德（Cathie Wood）管理的热门ETF也因其对成长股的大量敞口而备受打击。其旗舰基金ARK创新ETF（ARK Innovation ETF）已从2月中旬的高点跌去23%。
追踪特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）的ETF同样已经从今年早些时候触及的高点回落，分析师将下跌归因于投资者对其收益可持续性的担忧加剧。
知名的The SPAC and NEW Issue ETF（SPCX）上周五（23日）的交易价为28.66美元，其曾在2月触及32.34美元的高点。
就连比特币也已从约两周前的60000多美元/枚的高位下跌，一度回调约20%。
“资产价格此前飙升得越高，此后付出的代价就越大，我认为这是泡沫传递的信息之一……投资者可以庆祝市场进一步走高，但这并不能改变其日后将面临的痛苦。”格兰瑟姆称。
