美联储埃文斯：若失业率达到4.5%，可能会调整政策
芝加哥联储主席埃文斯预计，2021年美国经济将增长7%，2022年增长3%。他认为可能需几个月的时间来确定缩减购债规模的时机。如果年底失业率达到4.5%，美联储可能会调整政策。圣路易斯联储主席布拉德则表示，在劳动力市场上取得了实质性进展，是时候结束这些紧急措施了。
美国财长耶伦认为通胀还会持续数月。她还担心美国可能会出现因疫情而陷入停摆的状况，并拒绝了就美联储主席鲍威尔置评。白宫新闻秘书珍·普萨基也表示，美国将对通货膨胀保持警惕。
美国至7月10日当周初请失业金人数录得36万人，续刷去年3月14日当周以来新低。
英国央行委员桑德斯认为，缩减刺激措施可能很快就是适宜之举，紧缩政策的指导条件现在已经满足，是否提前缩减当前资产购买计划的问题将在即将召开的会议上讨论。
欧佩克月报显示，欧佩克6月原油产量增加58.6万桶/日至2603.4万桶/日；预计2021年全球原油需求增速预期为595万桶/日，与此前一致；预计2022年全球石油需求将增长330万桶/日，达到9986万桶/日；预计石油需求将在明年逐步恢复，2022年将恢复到疫情前的水平。
美元指数周四盘中震荡，欧盘开盘后冲高，最终收涨0.21%，报92.562。
今日可考虑择机低多美元指数，尽量选择有价值点位进行布局，倾向于逢低买入思路；只要美元指数能给予有效回调，并在空头能量释放完毕后，就可择机进场交易，
周四现货黄金窄幅交投，欧盘初一度站上1830美元/盎司，为6月16日以来首次，但不久后从高点回落，最终收涨0.11%，报1829美元/盎司；'
周四金价小幅上涨，上方承压于1750-1916区间50%回撤位1833，日内如果不能强势突破这一水平，可能承压下行，而且技术面也存在超买信号，因此不排除日内迎来拐点的可能性。不过总的来看，多头依旧占据主动。
国际油价方面，WTI原油期货低位震荡，美盘时段呈倒V型走势，截至收盘，WTI原油收跌1.99%，报71.45美元/桶；布伦特原油收跌1.72%，报73.24美元/桶。
近期油价高位反复震荡，市场对油价看法莫衷一是，操作比较困难。一方面，石油需求仍然强劲，市场上仍然维持供不应求的基本格局。另一方面，沙特与阿联酋接近达成协议，双方各做了一些让步，给油价短线造成一定的打击。日内油价有可能继续维持震荡走势，建议投资者暂时观望，规避风险。
