美联储高官首度谈及缩减QE路线图 最快八月？
圣路易斯联储主席詹姆斯·布拉德（James Bullard）美东时间本周一在接受采访时表示，虽然现在考虑缩减美联储的债券购买计划还为时过早，但它确实有相关路线图，例如当疫苗接种率达到75%的时候，届时可以就缩减QE问题进行讨论。另外他表示，通胀在今年的大部分时间当中都将充满不确定性。
具体来说，布拉德在接受采访时，对于疫苗接种方面给出了大体的时间框架：一旦达到75%甚至80%的疫苗接种率，并且美国疾控中心（CDC）给出更多类似于疫情受控或是放松防疫指南等信息，那我认为整个经济都将从中获得信心。他后来又补充称，虽然疫苗策略似乎起效了，但是病例数正在上升，这有点让人担心。
在采访结束后，彭博根据统计表示，如按照目前的接种速度计算，美国达到75%接种率的时间大体将落在8月，其中8月9日将达到5亿剂次。
投资者撤出新兴市场
国际金融研究所（Institute of International Finance）的数据显示，今年2月和3月，新兴市场债券出现了自去年春季新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来最大规模的资金净流出，投资者在这两个月中每月撤出约30亿美元。IIF数据还显示，3月新兴市场的净流入资金估计为101亿美元，是2020年4月以来最低的月度数据。其中，南非、印尼和印度发行的债券被抛售得最为严重。同时，在这两个月中，基金经理们还从新兴经济体的股市中撤出了6.7亿美元。
对一些新兴市场经济体国债的大量抛售，使得其国债收益率近期大幅飙升。上周，巴西10年期本币债券收益率从2020年底的6.96%一度跃升至9.65%，根据FactSet的数据，这是自2020年3月市场动荡以来的最高水平。俄罗斯和墨西哥的国债收益率近期也达到了一年来的最高水平。此外，新兴市场近期股票和债券市场的资本外流还削弱了多种新兴市场货币。例如，巴西雷亚尔对美元今年至今已下跌约8%。
不少投资者表示，新兴市场已被美国经济增长前景改善所颠覆，因为经济复苏前景会带动美元走强并推高美国国债收益率，基金经理正押注美联储将加息以控制通胀。

高盛预计，美国国会将在今年晚些时候通过3.3万亿美元、实施总统乔·拜登基础设施和社会保障提案的十年支出计划。 拜登将于周一与两党议员商讨2.25万亿美元基础设施和就业计划。此前共和党人已表示反对，民主党人也提出了补充和修改意见。预计拜登在未来几周公布另一项社会保障计划。
众议院议长佩洛西此前表示，众议院目标是不晚于7月4日通过法案。在此过程中，国会可能修改法案内容，尤其是因为温和派民主党参议员Joe Manchin要求缩小公司税上调幅度。
高盛分析师Alec Phillips在周日给客户的报告中表示，我们预计国会将在今年晚些时候通过这份支出计划的大部分内容，包括拜登总统提案中的几乎所有“硬基础设施”支出，以及大多数研究、制造和‘绿色’激励措施。我们预计国会将批准白宫提议的社会福利措施，但要缩减规模。高盛预计税收将会上调，但幅度没有政府提议的那么高，公司税率料升至25%左右，而不是拜登提议的28%。
穆迪：今年美国经济表现将领先于其它发达市场
预计今年美国经济表现将优于包括欧元(1.1901, -0.0011, -0.09%)区在内其它发达市场。穆迪表示，未来两年，受周期性因素尤其是与主要发达经济体之间的利差影响，资金将流入美元资产预计全球金融条件将保持宽松，因美联储和欧洲央行等主要央行将保持政策利率不变并继续购买资产美国经济增长力道增强，应该会对其它经济体产生溢出效应，尤其是新兴市场国家，但这也将不可避免推动美国利率逐步上升金融市场对外开放的新兴市场国家，正进入货币政策受相反方向作用力拉锯的时期 。
