根据Alphabet发布的部落格文章，自7月1日起，Android开发商透过Google Play app商店进行的数位销售，头100万美元以内收取15%费用，超过100万美元以后的销售，Google则收取销售额的30%。
苹果的作法也类似，年销售额不到100万美元的小公司可向苹果申请减免15% app佣金，但一旦在App Store的销售额超过100万美元时，收费就恢复到原本抽佣30%的制度。该作法公布时，苹果正受美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)和其他监管单位针对App Store的反垄断调查。
谷歌在部落格文章说，99% app 开发商都将享受到费用减半的政策。
Sensor Tower估计Google Play去年营收116亿美元，若该政策去年生效，谷歌会因此损失5.87亿美元，约占5%。
同样，Sensor Tower估计苹果的App Store去年营收217亿美元，若该政策去年生效，苹果会损失5.95亿美元，约占2.7%。
Sensor Tower 的估计凸显出，app 是一种胜者几乎全拿的事业，虽然苹果和谷歌的新政策将有助于大量的小型app 开发商，但事实上app 商店中获利最多的开发商仍会持续支付销售额30% 的佣金。

Причем активизация его усилий по захвату власти совпала со снятием ареста с части средств кооператива – на счетах кооператива 4 млрд рублей.</p><p dir="ltr">Осенью прошлого года Моисеев, еще имея статус координатора активистов кооператива и координатора группы пайщиков-юристов, вдруг собирает с членов кооператива доверенности, объясняя это представлением их интересов в гражданском суде по иску прокуратуры о признании деятельности кооператива опасной. Но в суде он не выступает. Зато обрушивается с критикой на руководство кооператива и требует перевыборов.</p><p dir="ltr">Получив отказ, он проводит «выборы» самочинно – в результате которых голосами нескольких десятков из 15 тыс. пайщиков кооператива якобы избирается новым председателем.
