印度单日新增确诊病例数再创新高 美国约有35%的人口确诊
中新社北京4月30日电 综合消息：世卫组织网站最新数据显示，截至欧洲中部时间29日17时38分（北京时间23时38分），全球确诊病例较前一日增加870419例，达到149216984例；死亡病例增加14886例，达到3144028例。另据美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学最新统计数据显示，截至北京时间30日12时33分，全球累计确诊病例150124248例，累计死亡病例3161971例。

根据美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）当地时间29日公布的数据，截至今年3月，估计美国已有约35%的人口感染新冠病毒。
美国纽约市长白思豪29日称，纽约市计划在7月1日“全面重启”：我们已经准备好让商店开业、企业开工，办公室、影剧院全面恢复经营。受疫情影响，纽约市从2020年3月开始进入“暂停”状态。之后尽管有过四个阶段的重启，但由于去年秋冬季新一波疫情高峰，不得不再度收紧防疫措施。白思豪称此次“全面重启”意味着各行各业都将100%开放。

法国总统马克龙29日宣布“解封”具体时间表：本次“解封”将分为四阶段进行，6月30日起将进入“解封”第四阶段，届时将取消包括宵禁在内的大部分限制措施，但夜总会等场所仍不能恢复营业。法国官方透露，该时间表仍有可能调整变化。

印度卫生部30日公布数据说，过去24小时，全国新增386452例确诊病例，累计达18762976例。这也是疫情在印度暴发以来，单日新增病例数最高纪录，亦是印度连续9天单日新增病例数超过30万。
为抗击疫情，原定于5月1日结束的马哈拉斯特拉邦全邦限制令已经延期至5月15日。感染新冠病毒的印度前总检察长S·J·索拉伯吉在4月30日逝世。
尼泊尔卫生与人口部29日下午公布数据说，过去24小时，全国新增35例新冠患者死亡病例，累计达3246例。这也是疫情发生来该国单日新增死亡病例数最多的一天。同时，该国还新增了4831例确诊病例，逼近疫情来的最高峰。
28日下午，感染新冠病毒的尼泊尔前王后科玛尔因病情危急被送至加德满都诺维克国际医院重症监护室接受进一步治疗。同样感染新冠病毒的尼泊尔前国王贾南德拉、前公主普尔纳依旧在医院接受治疗。
