理性面对汇率涨跌 合理管理汇率风险

近年来，随着人民币(6.4872, 0.0017, 0.03%)汇率双向波动加大，企业管理汇率风险的需求日益强烈。中国证券报记者梳理发现，在人民币汇率升值背景下，2020年共有1814家A股上市公司发生汇兑损失，损失合计约416.95亿元；有511家产生汇兑收益，合计约278.11亿元。专家表示，企业应树立风险中性理念，理性面对汇率涨跌，审慎安排资产和负债的货币结构。同时，合理管理汇率风险，以保持财务稳健和可持续为导向，而不应该以套保的盈亏论英雄。
汇兑损益影响部分企业盈利
2020年人民币兑美元汇率先抑后扬，全年升值6%以上。从中间价来看，2020年6月至2021年1月，人民币汇率一度连续8个月呈现单边升值走势。人民币汇率阶段性升值，对企业经营和业绩影响几何？随着上市公司年报财务数据披露，外界得以一窥究竟。
Wind数据显示，截至4月26日，共有2300余家A股上市公司在年度报告中披露2020年汇兑损益情况。其中，有1814家上市公司产生汇兑损失，合计约416.95亿元；有511家产生汇兑收益，合计约278.11亿元。
2020年人民币汇率升值，A股上市公司中受益者不少，航空公司是这一群体的突出代表。公开数据显示，2020年中国国航、南方航空、东方航空“三大航”的汇兑收益分别达36.04亿元、34.85亿元、24.94亿元。中国建筑、荣盛石化、中国石化收获的汇兑收益也不少，分别达26.51亿元、17.85亿元、8.85亿元。此外，中芯国际收获汇兑收益5.92亿元。
但发生汇兑损失的公司更多一些。其中，中国交建和安道麦A的汇兑损失额均超过11亿元，力帆科技、海康威视、比亚迪分别损失9.80亿元、9.28亿元、8.06亿元。
汇兑损益对一些企业盈利产生了较明显影响，典型的如福耀玻璃。业务包含全球汽车玻璃和汽车级浮法玻璃供应的福耀玻璃在2020年度业绩报告中提到，2020年该公司净利润同比减少10.34%，主要受汇兑损益及疫情的影响。2020年报告期内该公司汇兑损失42246.77万元，上年同期汇兑收益13576.40万元，仅此一项便使该公司利润总额比上年同期减少55823.17万元。
汇率双向波动料增强
今年3月远期结售汇数据显示，市场对人民币汇率继续升值的预期减弱。市场预期，年内人民币兑美元汇率恢复双向波动的可能性上升。外汇局日前公布，3月银行代客远期结售汇差额为65.38亿美元，环比下降87.28亿美元，已连续3个月下降。
对于后续人民币汇率走势，中信证券固定收益首席分析师明明认为，基于对美元和美债收益率两大影响因素判断，未来美元在基本面预期、货币政策信号及权重货币的影响下存在较强支撑，美债利率上行大概率会成为全年趋势，预计人民币兑美元汇率将在二季度回调至6.6元下方。
瑞银证券首席中国经济学家汪涛预计，相比去年，今年中国经常账户顺差可能缩小，中美利差可能继续收窄。如果美元超预期走强，人民币汇率可能承压。预计年底人民币兑美元汇率将在6.4元左右，并可能在美元对主要货币汇率走势的推动下呈现宽幅波动。
在南华期货研究所马燕看来，短期内，在美联储开展政策“退坡”预期引导或全球资本市场预期转向之前，美元指数(90.9432, 0.1051, 0.12%)难以走出大级别反弹行情，人民币大概率围绕当下运行中枢继续双向波动。中长期内，美国经济向好带动美债收益率进一步上探。当下，美元指数与美债收益率回调是暂时的，未来有可能对人民币汇率造成一定贬值压力。
树立风险中性理念
业内人士认为，随着人民币双向波动特征不断增强，企业也应注意防范汇率风险。近年来，市场主体风险中性意识有所增强。外汇局此前公布的数据显示，2020年企业套保比率为17.1%，较2019年上升2.7个百分点。
国家外汇管理局副局长王春英说，企业树立风险中性的理念非常重要。一是立足主业，理性面对汇率涨跌，审慎安排资产和负债的货币结构；二是合理管理汇率风险，以保持财务稳健和可持续为导向，而不应该以套保的盈亏论英雄。“避险保值就像花钱买保险，是要付出成本的，是以一个比较小的成本来管理比较大的不确定性和可能的损失，对这一点企业一定要有充分的认识。”
值得一提的是，不少上市公司在2020年年报中披露了管控汇率风险的相关策略。比如，五矿发展称，该公司将采取谨慎策略，如有美元融资，将结合外汇保值控制汇率敞口风险；对于融资币种结构，在考虑各币种综合融资成本后，科学选择，保持均衡，并在进口合同中通过业务设计尽量规避汇率波动风险。中远海控表示，公司主要采取坚持自然对冲的中性风险管理策略。从业务前端入手，利用资产负债平衡、同币种收支相抵、错配币种及时换汇等手段，对冲风险。未来将合理匹配资产负债币种，防范汇率变动对财务报表产生过大影响。
王春英表示，未来，外汇局将继续加强企业汇率风险管理宣传培训和辅导，加大外汇市场政策供给。在深化外汇市场建设方面，不断丰富交易工具，完善交易机制，提升外汇市场的透明度，增强交易便利性，更好地满足市场主体风险管理的需求。

An astronomer there verified the finding.
And thus, the Minor Planet Center logged a new object, asteroid “2018 CN41.”
Within 24 hours, however, the center retracted the designation.
The person who originally flagged the object realized their own error, MPC astronomer Peter Veres told CNN, noticing that they had, in fact, found several uncorrelated observations of Musk’s car. And the center’s systems hadn’t caught the error.
